4.5 stars. I used the men’s Clarisonic for years even after they went out of business, struggling to find brush head replacements. Finally gave up doing that and switched to this. Been using it for around 2.5 weeks now and already a noticeable difference. It has 3 basic modes, each with its own button on the back. If you want to customize those modes more you have to do it through the app which is kind of annoying, but it lets you adjust the vibration level and time it is turned on. I was originally concerned when I looked at the back of the device (the entire greenish/blue part is silicone) because there is no cover for the charging port. On their website they claim that it is waterproof but to not submerge it. Have not had any issues due to that and I use it in the shower daily. The other great thing is the battery life. I believe they said that with a full charge this thing can easily last 6 months maybe longer. The bristles are not too hard or soft; but remember it’s not just the mode you choose to use, it matters how hard you choose to press the device against your face. With consistent use it will definitely help you get a better shave with less irritation too. It is definitely easy to use this thing every morning/evening, but don’t overdo it. I’ve found that a 70/30 ratio is best for your face wash. Whatever amount you would normally use, put 30% on your face and lightly spread it around. I'll begin by saying I was never a huge fan of skincare regimens. Warm water, a washcloth, some facial soap--what more does a man need? I've always looked older than I am, but events took a turn when I went to brunch with a few friends who were 5-10 years older than me. The waiter thought I was the dad, and that these 30-something year-olds were my kids (and I was even presented with the bill!). Disgruntled by this debacle and looking to improve my well-weathered appearance, I turned to Foreo's Luna 4 Men's in an attempt to scrub the years of age from my face. Certainly, there are a lot of buttons, and the range of agitation runs from very gentle to rather rigorous. I eventually found a sweetspot around Setting 3 (don't ask me what it is, I don't know). What's important though is that I've noticed perceptible differences to my complexion (I use this along with a slew of other skincare products for general skin maintenance and exfoliation). Others have begun to comment that I have a glow about my face, and I've even received compliments that my face is silky smooth! I've had this item for a little over a year now and I love it - it's so easy to use and keep my skin clean and fresh and I feel like it even helps firm my skin. I'm a 59 year old male, average skin, I bike a lot in summer, skin gets sweaty and dirty. I love that I can use this in the shower - and just squirt a little face cleaner on it and gently rub it over my face in the shower and then rinse off. The battery lasts a very long time - and it's also a great travel item. I apply a lot of sun screen to my face when I go to key west and love to use this each morning to help remove the massive amounts of sun screen I apply each day. I really feel like this help keep my skin firm and toned. My favorite skin cleanser to use is the L'occitane Cade Face Cleanser - just squirt a little bit on the brush in the shower and massage my face! I highly recommend this item for any guy who wants an easy way to cleanse his face in the shower each morning. ... show more

It seems a bit overpriced for what it is which is why I removed 1 star but I don't use all the extra features besides the face wash. Also I've never owned any other device similar to this so I don't have anything to compare it. I like the color and the customizable vibrations and time. Stays charged for months which is great.
