I purchased these bulbs listed as H7 for my 2017 BMW X3, but they do not fit at all. The design of the base is completely different from the standard H7 base, and even when fully installed, the bulb sits extremely loose and unusable. I attached a photo comparing my existing standard h7 bulb vs theirs and the video shows how loose it is while “fully seated” I’ll admit it’s partly my fault for not attempting to install them sooner and missing the 30-day return period. However, I feel that’s it’s more the manufacturers responsibility to ensure that what they’re selling actually matches the description and that being a standard H7 bulb design and these clearly do not. To make matters worse, the “Get Product Support” link through Amazon eventually leads to a 404 error page, so there’s no way to reach the seller for help directly from Amazon. Overall, I’m just taking the loss and this was a disappointing purchase and a literal waste of money. If you have a 2017 BMW X3 stay away!

Good lights but give me an error message like they are out

Do work fine on my 2020 kia optima hybrid ex, but the car computer does not recognize them. I keep getting error light on dashboard. Only way to contact manufacturer is by email but it has being 5 days and nobody has contacted me after i emailed customer support. Getting ready to return to seller if I dont get a response soon.

Buy another brand. I installed these onto my car and the first night, the lights would turn on and off randomly and independently from each other. Very low quality and, for some reason that I still cannot figure out, they are not eligible for return.
