My biggest concern with my Foldable is the quality of the case. I did not want ANY cheap case as I would worry for the fit of the device (especially that this is a folding device) and something that could put extra pressure on the hinge. I was looking at the official Samsung ones (as you would assume are the best fit, protection, quality etc) but they don't have hinge protection. Also, the one that comes with a rubber strap didn't look super sturdy to hold up the phone. The deal breaker was that I watched a review showing the wireless charging contact wasn't perfect and gave issues on the case with the strap. I can't confirm that, however when you look at cases for these phones, a lot of marketing/titles specify they can wirelessly charge without effort lol I have been looking for a case that can have a stand (like the nintendo switch/microsoft surface) and can also wirelessly charge. This is the case! I have no issues wirelessly charging my Z Fold 5. The stand is PERFECT as it acts like a tablet with it. You may be asking yourself: if samsung doesn't put hinge protection on their official cases, there must be a reason right? I thought the same as I didn't want anything interfering with the hinge at all. However, I did some research and the hinge cover isn't mainly for drop protection, it is for dust not to get into the hinge mechanism. This again delivers. The build quality feels top notch. it has more of a rubbery matte feel which is very premium, it fits the phone perfectly and I didn't struggle at all! The front has its own screen protector and the hinge protection is just a magnetic flap that feels premium. It does all add weight to the phone, but the profile is very thin. Bottom line: If you want a premium case that case wirelessly charge with no issues and has a perfect stand to act as a tablet. This is it. Not to mention, I think this is the ONLY do it all case for the Z Fold 5 as I haven't found anything else this feature rich to unlock the experience of the Z Fold 5. I would have easily paid $100 for this, so get it. There are 2 versions, get the one I left the review for (the switch/surface style large stand, not the small bike looking stand one) ... show more

I got this for my brand new zfold5. Considering that there are not a bunch to choose from, and I wanted something to protect the screen and the hinge, so decided to give this one a try. First impressions: the case is beautiful, it fits perfectly and snug to the phone, not slippery at all perfect goo grip. I read some reviews stating that the front is keep coming off, I did experience that. The hidden stand is handy went streaming. My phone survived a few drops from my kids. Now a down side: the stand is for one side streaming only and made hard to access the volume keys and lock. On part of the hinge protector spring came out at so point (due to my kids abusing it. lol. and did make marks on the side of my phone. I was able to put it back but the plastic a little broken. So, I reached out to customer service ( THEY ARE WONDERFUL BY THE WAY) they apologize for the bad experience and offer a refund or replacement. Because the case stands to my expectations I took a replacement(red). I am really pleased with this case and surly will recommend it. ... show more

The case was easy to install. It's comfortable and seems sturdy enough, however once I dropped my phone the front plate came off so it's probably not going to protect the screen well. The little kickstand is pretty thin so it won't take much to break it off I'm sure. But overall it's better quality than the $80 one I initially bought that broke within a week. It lays flat when the phone is opened which is what I was really looking for and the edges aren't so bulky that it interferes with typing when the phone is closed. ... show more

The Fold is a difficult phone to protect, so props to all the companies to try. This case does a great job of balancing the need to protect what is still a somewhat delicate phone with more moving parts than normal, without making it took hefty or unwieldy. The case was extremely easy to put on, yet fits securely; I haven't had any issues with slippage. I've needed to remove it once or twice, and this was also fairly simply. As other reviewers have noted, the screen protector for the outer screen does reduce the sensitivity a bit. Until I learned to press a touch harder, I found myself jabbing at the screen repeatedly. But once you get used to the pressure needed, it's not an issue. The kickstand is surprising good, at least in the horizontal position - easy to kick out and very sturdy. And the hinge simply works; there are no issues with opening and closing the phone. ... show more

This was my husbands 2nd one of this brand he bought, 1st one was purchased on 5/1/25 and the control buttons for volume stop working they would not let him volume up or down had to remove cover to volume up and down. He had checked this off to maybe when he dropped the phone it may have hit on the buttons and caused this. I purchase another one becuase he does like the case so I received it 1/6/26 and it only lasted just over a month (2/14/26) the bottom hinge on the back of the back cover broke no reason why, so I have invest over $70 in two cases that didn't last a year. I don't leave reviews often, but feel like this needs to be. I would not recommend this product ... show more

This is as close to a perfect compromise case for the tough to cover Z Fold 5 as we are going to get. It's my 4th case to try out, and I'm going to consider it endgame. It's a winner. Pros compared to the compeition: - Front screen edges are low enough and don't get in the way of edge swipes - No adhesive to hold the front cover on - Hinge cover that does not seem to be at risk of scratching the phone anywhere - Silicone like grip - Full length kickstand that does not add any bulk compared to a normal case - Decent screen protector Imperfections: - I really wanted something that would lay flat when opened, but the raised spine for the Hinge protection was a compromise I finally settled on - I would prefer a clean, flat back rather than the etchings they did for anesthetics - The screen protector is not crystal clear, but I'll admit I am overly sensitive to this - I wonder if there will be issues down the road removing the front protector to clean the phone then trying to reapply it - It is not a deep value case, but I think it is reasonably priced all things considered ... show more

I like the way this case holds the Samsung Galaxy Fold-5 phone, but there are two issues. I ordered the case almost 7 months ago. It is easy to install and the protective film on the front works well. During these 7 months I have found an issue that is the problem of the case manufacturer and another issue that is simply a problem with most apps. 1. The hinge broke off the phone. After 5 months, the top part of the hinge broke and today the bottom broke. It simply isn't very strong. 2. When using the "stand" it will put your phone in horizontal mode. Be aware that many apps do not work properly in horizontal mode, including Facebook, Instagram, and others. I can live with this, although it is annoying that app manufacturers don't make their apps adaptable to vertical and horizontal viewing. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X all have issues. YouTube, Ontheline, and Friendswith don't. Posting on Meta's apps in horizontal mode is a pain as you'll need to flip your phone back to vertical mode. That said, I ordered a new one of these cases today to replace the broken hinged on, which means I like the case enough to buy another and hope I can get at least 7 months use out of it. ... show more

I took the decision to purchase after my previous case broke and the replacement did not last much longer. Pros: Customer support - I got a few messages pre-and-post-delivery about installation, tips and hints on keeping my phone safe. Nice touch The case fits snugly, and the front part attaches and stays in place, which I thought would be a concern with the hinge protector as it is. I find that there is very little if any dust etc. under the screen protector, even though I have one attached to the phone from previously. The front part still fits nicely. Built-in stand, although I attach a custom one that I ordered, it still functions properly and is held down by a small magnetic strip. The phone lays flat - might not be key to some but a huge plus to me. I hate the wobbly face-up surface from other cases. Cons: I miss the S-Pen holder, but I purchased one and it adheres to the hinge cover nicely. The stand doesn't allow easy access to volume control, since it stands the phone up with the side buttons facing down. I understand the design and construction decision, but it's unfortunate.
