I was incredibly impressed after trying this Genverdix screen replacement kit on my iPhone 11. It's a truly comprehensive package that comes with everything needed for the repair, which is a huge plus. The thoughtful inclusion of the waterproof frame adhesive and a tempered glass screen protector made the whole process feel complete. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating an all-in-one solution to bring a cracked phone back from the dead, and the quality of the components is evident right out of the box. The installation process itself was very manageable, even for someone doing this for the first time. The key is to be patient and go slowly; I found that watching a tutorial video beforehand was extremely helpful. A little heat from a hairdryer easily loosened the old adhesive, and while the screws and connectors are tiny, the included toolset was more than adequate for the entire job. Following the steps carefully made for a smooth and successful repair that took about an hour from start to finish. The final result is what really shines. I got the 11 pro replacement and everything came nicely packaged and i had it professionally installed. The screen colour is little dimer compared to the original screen. After a couple weeks my phone fell once or twice and the half the screen went black, so i knew the durability is questionable however it works, especially for the price point. I also order the 11 pro max replacement for a friend the same time and her phone screen still works great.

I dropped my iPhone 11 last month, and the screen shattered so badly I could barely see my notifications. Since the phone is a few years old, I didn't want to pay $200 at the Apple Store. I decided to try this DIY iPhone 11 Screen Replacement Kit Pros: Complete Kit: Most of these kits come with everything you need, including the LCD digitizer, specialized screwdrivers, and even waterproof adhesive. It saves you from having to buy extra tools separately. Budget-Friendly: At roughly $20–$30 for aftermarket versions, it is a fraction of the cost of an official repair. Pre-Installed Parts: Many models come with the camera and earpiece holder pre-installed, which simplifies the most tedious part of the transfer process. Cons: Color & Brightness Issues: The colors feel a bit "washed out" compared to the original Liquid Retina display. Whites often have a noticeable yellow or blue tint, and the maximum brightness is significantly lower, making it harder to see in direct sunlight. Touch Sensitivity: I've noticed occasional "ghost touches" where the screen reacts when I'm not touching it, or sometimes it sluggishly responds to swipes. It’s manageable but can be frustrating when typing quickly. Lost Features: Be prepared to lose True Tone functionality unless you have a separate programmer to transfer data from your old screen. So far the screen is doing great. It’s very clear picture. Seems better than the rest of the screens that I have purchased in the past. I have dropped my phone once while in the case and it didn’t affect the screen at all. No lines yet. Very happy so far. Sometimes it does seem hard to get the screen to respond to touch but it does work. Just have to warm it up it seems like. The installation was as easy as any other. Everything in the package was good quality. Although, they didn’t send me the right screwdriver, I needed the tri wing and I only got two Phillips heads and a star head. This could be an issue for customers that don’t have any previous experience changing screens or tools from previous screen replacements. But I feel that it would be an easy issue to fix with the seller. This product had a lot of great reviews. Over all I would purchase this again. Fair pricing and overall seemingly great product.

All looks and works good but 2 key issues not mentioned are this one sticks out and has a large black border. Talking 1/4" at thickest portion at bottom of screen and 1/8" on sides. Screen picture quality is good enough for me. The border rim being so HUGE is ridiculous. Oem screen was flush with stainless frame this one is about 1/64th taller so it protrudes the frame and will be less protected by the metal frame. 1/64 is not another butthrough the fact that it is past frame rim means it will be a weak spot to edge damage. Sticks out about as much as a glass screen cover would stick off original screen and with the provided glass protector it sticks out 2x as far. 1/32" protrudes from frame. Will work for a trade in but not a quality fix for a keeper.
