This is fantastic. Complete protection. Well made. Perfect for travel. The beautiful and pricey Apple AirPods Max come with a great case, but does not protect the head band mesh and frame. This case will protect it all in my back pack or tote and they will not be exposed to hits, spills, or accidents.

I purchased a pair of Ait Pod Max for a Christmas present, along with this item. I have checked that they fit perfectly. However, the other features are yet to be determined depending on use of the headphones (Christmas)

If you spend the amount of money on these headphones, you probably want to protect your investment. The neoprene case that the headphones come with provides no protection at all. I found this case and it had a very high rating and rave reviews. I really like how sturdy the case is. It is also one of the few cases that have storage for the cord. It is also pretty neat that you can use this case in conjunction with the original case.I have not tried it though, but it would give the phones an extra level of protection. The case is supposed to automatically put the phones in standby mode when you put them in the case and connect to bluetooth when taken out of the case. I have not have much success with this feature though. I do not know if it the case or my phones, but every time I get them out of the case, I have to plug them into a power source to get them to wake up and connect. Having to do that really gets annoying. Outside of that, the case is pretty good. It is compact enough to fit in my laptop bag and travels well. I hope that the wake up issue fixes it self and then the case would be perfect.
