The replacement headlight covers were packaged very securely using molded foam packing material and installation took about 15 minutes for each headlight. They fit light a glove. Most of all the price was right and so I decided to buy instead of trying to renew the old ones. Very satisfied.

Got these put in on my ‘03 2500 and they’re fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more. I knocked a star off on ease of install but that’s mostly dodge’s fault for making the headlights such a pain to remove and put back in. I’ll update the review if I get the chance when I see how they hold up.

Advertised as Original Equipment (OE). I ordered a set of these for my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. Spent an hour trying to do the install. Flashlight in hand, and an hour later, I found out why I couldn't get proper fitment. The new lens cover they sent me has a protruding 3 inch piece on the back that won't allow proper fitment. See side by side photo where I point to each lens cover - you can see the protruding piece. Called the company and spoke to technical support. I think the guy's name was Ricardo. Explained the issue; He tells me it's the right part and to take a photo and send it in for a refund; I told him I'm in the middle of the install thinking I'd get some technical advice; He says they were the right lens covers and I need to take a photo for a refund. No technical support whatsoever! Oh, and what was really nice is that Ricardo hung up on me. So, there's your technical support! If the fix was to remove that protruding piece, I say BS!. I tried that and it's somehow connected to the main connection for the headlamp. I didn't want to force it so I left it alone. Folks, this isn't my first rodeo, that part didn't fit. I received no technical support except a guy that said take a photo and they'd send me a shipping label for a return. That's an hour of my time down the drain. The box it came in is marked made in China. My (opinion) is that the company puts a 10% or more markup on the part and it's shipped from China to some depot where it's then shipped to suckers like us. Do yourself a favor, get this part from another vendor. This vendor has no technical support besides some rude guy with no knowledge of the part. He had no idea what I was talking about. All he could say was, send a photo for a return. Real nice! ... show more
