When I first received the football display case, I noticed that it was a bit heavy.. The assembly was pretty easy and straightforward, which was great, although it’s worth noting that the case didn’t come with instructions. I was able to figure it out quickly, but for someone who might need guidance, that could be a drawback. The acrylic material is fairly thick and feels sturdy enough for what it is, but it’s not the most durable material out there. The case fits a standard-size football perfectly, and the included football holder worked well to keep the ball in place. However, the biggest issue—and what made the case unusable for me—was the acrylic itself. It was extremely cloudy and had a lot of imperfections, which completely ruined its purpose. Instead of providing a clear, beautiful display for my football, it gave a cloudy, gray look that completely obscured the ball. It didn’t even come close to matching the clear, pristine look shown in the product photos. In the end, I had to toss it because it was so cloudy and didn’t work as intended. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this case, especially for displaying valuable or autographed footballs. If the acrylic had been clear, this would have been a much better product.
