It arrived promptly and was packaged to protect my purchase. There were some good tips from previous purchasers regarding assembly so I took heed. The seller contacted me to make sure I got the item, the necessary pieces were included, and that the instructions were clear. The only tricky part of assembly was at the end when you can use an extra set of hands to hold everything up. The ball looks great. Great purchase!

Update: I am submitting an update to my original review. After posting my review the company reached out to me regarding the issues I had with putting the case together and one part that didn't have the holes drilled all the way through. Not only did they send me a helpful video tutorial detailing how to put the case together step by step, but they also sent me a replacement part that arrived within a week. The customer support I received and the response to my feedback on how they can improve their printed directions was impeccable. I have updated my review from one star to five stars. ******** I'll admit the parts to this case looks nice, however you can't put it together. The holes drilled into the panels do not line up with the corner pieces. I would've returned it but it was a gift and by the time it was opened and the attempt was made to put it together it was past the window.
