5 star for customer service. Would buy again . 3/7/2023 update 4 Fookoo sente a new style camera and I installed it today. Fit in same holes and same screw holes can be used. It looks a little clearer then the the last one as far as picture quality. The customer service is Awesome and they stand behind the products. Will keep an up date on lestability. 01/28/2023Update 3 just sent me a new camera and it is a new type of camera love it fast shipping and no problem from customer service it has the best customer service I have ever had I would recommend it with new cameras no glass to fog up. Update #2: January 20 2023. I just went out to clean rv after 7 months on the road I had my 3 camera fogged up. It is a pain to reinstall my camera and would not recommend this system any more do to the cameras fogging up it is not worth the Awesome customer service to reinstall a camera for the 3 time. I did wight fookoo and I will post what action they take. To I am in the recovery mode and am thinking of ordering some other system?? Update: January 10 2022. Customer service went way out of there way to solve my problem and we did come up with something that made me very happy with the system. This is why I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star. I would buy from FOOKOO again if I need something they have for sale! This review is for FOOKOO HD WIRED 10” BACKUP CAMERA SYSTEM (DY104). I bought it on 10/17/2021, was delivered on 10/21/2021 and installed on 10/23/2021. I did buy it from amazon wheelhouse and not from FOOKOO on amazon. It was sold as new, damaged box. When I received it, it was packed in original box with a small tear on one side of the box. All components in side where in original packing and in new shape. I hooked it all up on my work bench and all worked very good. So I installed it in my RV (32 foot class A). Took me 2 full days. All worked just fine and it was a clear picture on all cameras, so I covered RV and called all good. I was very happy with how it all went. 1 week later, I got ready to go on a trip, so I uncovered RV and it rained that night. The next day I turned on the system and my right side camera was fogged up and as the day went on the left camera fogged over. The 2 cameras stayed fogged for 2 days and cleared up. The side cameras where useless for the hole trip to my camp sight. 4 days later it rained and got cold. The 2 cameras fogged over, and where no good for the ride home, and are fogged to this day 1/5/2022. I called Amazon help line and was given FOOKOO's email and emailed them. Once FOOKOO learned I had bought my system from Amazon, the customer service stopped and I was told I can buy 2 new cameras for $74.99. In the Installation and Operation Guide on page 19 paragraph 6.6 (( THE SCREEN IS BLURRED/ADNORMAL)) DOT 2 ((PLEASE CHECK IF CAMERA IS FOGGY? IF SO, PLEASE CONTACT US TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT CAMERA.)) That would tell you that this is a known problem and to expect it to be fixed with out any problems. This was not My the case. I have emailed FOOKOO 12 times and the only solution for me from them, was to sell me 2 new cameras? Yes I can send it back to Amazon, but to find another system, to cover all the holes from this system is not going to happen. I like the system and would like it better if it worked as advertised. PROS. Nice big display. 10Inch. Love it Front and rear cameras, great picture. Menu is set up nice (no hidden menu under menu, all straight forward) CONS. Side cameras are junk (and for this I do not recommend this system) No night vision and needs a good amount of light to see at night. Customer service not good. Just the same old runaround.(and for this I do not recommend this system) I CANNOT recommend this system due to all the problems I have had with it. I don't know if it should be covered by Amazon or FOOKOO but I received no useful help from anyone!, and I am stuck with a system and only ½ of it works. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE this camera setup! The image from the cameras are incredibly high resolution and very clear. One thing I really like about this system over others is that this one does not utilize night vision (meaning it doesn’t switch to black & white in low light). Instead, it offers a good color picture without using infrared. There are trigger wires that you can connect to your turn signals or reverse lights for the purpose of temporary making a particular camera occupy the full screen. Personally, I find that the screen is large enough that I don’t need to utilize this feature. The system supports four cameras by default, but if you are savvy with electricity, you can use a relay to add a fifth camera for momentary viewing (see video for demonstration of my 5th camera on my rooftop). I’ve done this with a fifth camera that I added to my roof so that I can monitor my RV air conditioner while parking in a garage or near low hanging trees. The manufacturer doesn’t support this type of install, so I don’t know if this will void my warranty or not, but the system is working fine and, personally, I’m willing to risk my warranty for this very useful feature. If you are installing this in an RV and you have the space, I highly recommend purchasing a generic plastic junction box for all of the connections. It just makes the whole install a lot easier and looks very tidy. Customer support from this company “Fookoo” has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Via email, they’ve answered all my questions (before and after purchasing this system). They are very communicative and eager to help get the system installed and running, offering to send any extra mounts or cables without hesitation. Highly recommend! Five stars! This camera system is installed on my skoolie, and it has been great! Clear pictures, easy menus, and a sleek look! After a few months I had one out of the four cameras malfunction and stop sending a signal to the head unit. A simple email to customer service, and within 24 hours they had a new camera on the way to replace the faulty one! I am looking forward to putting a few thousand more miles behind me with these cameras along for the ride. Definitely recommend Fookoo for their products, customer service, and a great warranty also! ... show more

    • A good system, but with some issues.
Ordered this system to replace the aging black and white system on a 2003 Monaco Knight. Unfortunately the side cameras do not work in conjunction with the turn signals in stock form, and require the installation of delay off latching relays. There is an adjustment for delaying the cameras shutting off, but delay time starts at 10 seconds (too long for practical application). The vendor did offer to pay for the needed relays. Questions were answered by email within 24 hours, usually between early evening to early morning (most likely from China). Wiring instructions for the system are vague but understandable if you have some wiring knowledge. One of the cameras was defective.....the night vision would not work. The vendor responded and offered a replacement, but I ultimately returned the system, and opted for another brand with a 9" monitor. Both the cameras and monitor appear to have a 1080 resolution and a good picture. ... show more
