  • Great for people who are making behavior changes or for early stages of Dementia
I originally purchased this for my 93 year old grandmother that is becoming forgetful in taking care of basic needs. However, when I looked at each page, I decided that I wanted to buy an extra for myself. Why? Because this book allows you to see your "habits" and assess how those habits are working for you and if you want to make changes. This book could help with life behavior changes in regards to diet. It also could help someone trying to figure out what food allergies they may have because it will ask how you felt that day and it allows you to list what you eat or drink. I might not advise this for someone who may have "full blown" Dementia where it is difficult for them to even journal what they do or recall it to pen it down. However, if they are just letting the clock roll past and forgetting to stop for a bite of lunch or snacking all the time without nutritious meals or acting like a camel and not realizing that they do not drink enough water in the day, this book could help them become aware of their eating behaviors and how those behaviors are affecting their quality of life. ... show more

  • Easy to use, and covers all the basics.
This journal isn't bad, and it's a very fair price. I can easily track my daily food, water, sleep and exercise. I do wish there was just a little more room for tracking my emotional state each day.

Paper is thin and cheap, and an icky brown/tan color like a cheap children’s coloring book.
