If you're a baker, check the size on the bottle so you're not surprised when it arrives. It does add a bit of sweetness to whatever you're adding to it, but again, just be aware so you can adjust. I was dismayed when I saw the nutrition info on the back of the package. Being 50% sorbitol (artificial sweetener), it does change the taste (not for the better) of your delicate whipped desserts. You can't use just a few drops. I make a keto diet item that needs color to reflect the taste, which I obtain from colorless fruit extracts. For approximately 1 1/2 cups of this food item, it takes about 1/4 of the chosen bottle for a light color. To get saturation, you need to use at least half, or more, of the little bottle. Next time I'll opt for a food color that doesn't have any sweeteners in it. I don't recommend this product. Also, there is a big red warning sign on the back of the box which says "Please store this product out of the reach of children." ... show more

A few of the bottles were leaking inside the box and were partially empty due to that. I am not happy about this. Can’t return due to it being food product. Other than that it was fine after I cleaned up what I could.
