Got this for my 90 year old mom who 'doesn't need it' but it makes me feel better for our time at outdoor markets, airline travel, and an upcoming cruise. She initially had difficulty controlling the joystick but found that she could reduce the speed of the chair, making it more easily controlled. It feels heavier than 35ish pounds when I lift it into the back of my SUV but is much lighter than anything else we've tried. It has a Bluetooth ICON on the control pad but I cannot get seem to find out if there is Bluetooth capability or an app. There is no mention of it in the instruction booklet and now the product is marked unavailable on Amazon. There is also no way to contact the seller, other than AI, who is not as smart as I am. I don't know that I would buy it again but I have had no problems with it yet.

Provides mobility for longer family excursions when otherwise I would find a place to sit. I would suggest getting an extra pair of batteries and charging them for longer excursions. The chair is quite small and does not provide many points to attach accessories.

I would have given 5 stars but the instructions were very sketchy. There are 2 Allen wrenches with it, what are they for? There is a button for Blue-tooth connectivity, but no information on how or why to use it. No warranty card included, so what happens if there is a problem? There is a place in the "instruction manual" for the dealer to fill in information, but Amazon doesn't do that. Otherwise, the chair meets my expectations. It turns on itself, speed control is not difficult. I've not tried it on any incline yet.

Couldn’t find instructions to move controls to left side. Manufacturer told me of video that shows how this works. Use a computer to see video, I was using iPhone and not all videos were showing! Also, on folding the chair, the lever under the chair can be found to release, then press 'hard' to fold. I am 77 years old and gave up too easy because I thought I might break something. I may revise rating to 5 stars after I get to use the chair with husband in it.
