This is a great little folding desk that is definitely sturdy enough to hold a basic desktop. I personally got it because I work from home on a laptop and it’s nice to be able to move around and work in different parts of the house. The desk is light and easy to fold, but also very stable. The lights on the removable monitor stand are a nice touch but I didn’t personally like the modes it had so I probably won’t use it much. The removable stand does a good job of staying in place and could even be used for something else besides the desk. The desk itself is the perfect size and height for doing things on a small computer. There’s enough area to have several things on it, but still have plenty of arm room. I also personally have been using this as a table for eating since i don’t really need a big table, and it’s perfect. It’s light enough that you can move it wherever you want and it’s sturdy enough that you can trust it. All in all, I’m happy with this folding desk. It seems well made and I intend to use it for many years to come. It’s compact enough that you can fold it and forget about it too, without having to sacrifice storage space around your home. I highly recommend this to anyone who works from home and wants the freedom to work all over their house.

The desk came and instructions were confusing at first. I had to refer to the picture on Amazon site to see what to do next. The desk was much smaller than it looked on site. [Even for the smaller version] I was not able to assemble the monitor table because of defective screw hole. I was told by customer service to "try harder" to paraphrase. Please note that you may have defective pieces and or screw holes!!!! Re-think buying! I had to come up with my own solution without using the monitor table.

The media could not be loaded. I got this because I wanted something I'd be able to fold up and store away when I'm not using it, so I also falsely assumed that it would all come in one piece; it did not. However, assembly was very quick and easy so I'm not too upset but the big concern I have is stability. I cover everything in my videos so I recommend watching that and deciding for yourself, but I personally wouldn't recommend this unless you just want a very lightweight desk you can tuck away when you're not using it. I also didn't bother installing the lights because it just doesn't make sense to do so when the monitor stand portion isn't even attached so I would just end up tearing it.

This desk does take a little work to assemble, but on a scale of 1 to 10 for furniture assembly difficulty its only about a 3. You get a frame which the desktop snaps to using plastic clips. When you fold it up you unsnap the desktop and just store the two pieces together. It can easily be slid under a bed or maybe even a couce for use when you need to do a little work. There are much better options for permanent installations, but this is more of a temporary quick desk solution. It also includes a shelf that sits freely on the desk and does not fold up. It comes with LED lights that you can stick to the bottom of the shelf for a nice custom look. But since the shelf does not fold, it's not exactly the compact solution the desk is and requires a much wider or taller space to store it. I did assemble the shelf, but I suspect that most of the time I use this desk, I won't use it as it's not exactly a needed item. Overall, this is a nice-looking and functional desk that's lightweight and great for my houseguests who need to get a little work done during their stay.

My girlfriend and I have a pretty small apartment, so foldable furniture we can put away when not in use is nice to have. This desk was simple enough to assemble and seems relatively sturdy considering what it is. It's the perfect size to use as a small table for if we have a guest over, or just if one of us needs a little more space than our permanent desks can provide, such as for crafts or jigsaw puzzles. The monitor riser isn't attached, but stays in place really well. I foresee this little desk getting a lot of use in our household.
