I love this little pool but more importantly, our Frenchie thinks it is heaven. He loves outside but doesn’t tolerate the heat well at all. He could only run for a few minutes before wheezing and struggling to cool down. Now when he gets hot, he runs and jumps in his pool. It is like a large water bowl that he can lie down in. He cools down quickly and can resume play. The walls are short enough for our short legged Sam to easily get in and out, soft yet sturdy, with a drain for changing the water. HE LOVES IT!!

But.. she seems to love it so far. This thing goes together ridiculously easy, and that's always a big plus. As for take down, spatially I'm a little challenged so the fold up process following the instructions was a little challenging but might be easier for others. It's hard to get dry and wiped out but that's expected with something like this. Draining takes a little work because you have to tilt it a lot after a certain point to keep the water flowing out of the drain hole. That might be hard for someone that has a bad back. As for use, our dog didn't quite know what to think of it at first but hopped in after a few minutes and seemed to enjoy the warm weather cool down. She got in and out probably four times while we were outside. We'll have to take it down often to avoid killing the lawn underneath but I think it'll come in handy in the warm summer months to come, and for the occasional bath too. Hopefully it'll hold up to her paws and the rough ground but it seems pretty sturdy, and there are a couple of rubber patches included for in the event of a puncture.

I was really worried at first about the base lining of this pool as it seemed very thin and I was concerned that my dogs' nails would tear it up. So far this has held up well! The pool comes with 2 patches for repairs just in case, so far the seals, sides, and base have all held up to 3 dogs jumping in and out of the pool. If they have got particularly muddy on the farm we throw a ball or a toy into the pool and they jump in to get it and wash off the mud! One of my dogs adores getting in the pool after we've been working or she's been running hard after a game of fetch across the field so it is getting a lot of use. The pool is easy to empty with a big opening to empty out the water and rinse out the mud. It folds up for easy storage too. This was one of the better things that I have gotten for my dogs that has been great for them to cool off in the heat and clean up after working without getting the house and bathroom muddy! My dogs are medium size 35-50lbs and 2 of them can fit in the pool at one time. There's not quite enough room for the third dog. I think a larger dog might just be able to fit in and lie down. The sizes are quite tall and my border collies have to jump into the pool, a smaller sized breed would also need to jump over the sides to get in which might be difficult for an older dog. Overall I really like this pool for the puppers and I hope it lasts the summer!

I bought the CACSPS Foldable Dog Pool not for its original purpose, but as a confinement area for spin pour painting. It effectively prevented paint splatter, demonstrating its usefulness right away. However, the true test came when I ordered this 2nd one for my dogs to provide comfort from the blistering summer heat in our high desert location. Right away, the pool's durability pleased me. Despite constant use, the strong plastic and non-slip interior have held up against my dogs' enthusiasm and sharp claws. It is strong but light enough to be handled easily, which is a huge advantage. The pool's accessibility is a remarkable feature in my household. I have three dogs, two of which suffer from hip dysplasia. Their limited mobility made me feel concerned about their ability to use the pool. Fortunately, the pool's 12-inch height is ideal, allowing all of my dogs to enter and exit without hurting their hips. This feature alone has improved our summers by giving my dogs a much-needed place to cool off and play. The practical design includes preservation. The drainage valve is positioned low, making it simple to empty the pool without tipping it over or lifting. This considerate positioning saves time and physical strain, which anyone with a bad back will appreciate. When not in use, the pool's collapsible construction is a blessing. It folds down flat, making it easy to store while taking up little space—an important consideration as we change seasonal things in our storage places.
