Item itself was fine, but it did not seem to have better ability to avoid theft than my wife's current shoulder purse. Rating is lower because the return policy is quite poor. When returning the item to UPS (per Amazon instructions), we were asked to pay $3.71 in shipping fees. When the item arrived at Amazon, the refund was $43.22 as compared to the original cost (with tax) of $47.65. Returning this item cost $8.14 in total. I could not see buying anything else from this company due to this cost/risk if you end up returning the item.

I seriously love this bag and the special features it has. The clasp to keep it from being unzipped by random, the extra difficult to undo button, and the RFID blocker. The body inclusive size of the strap is even perfect! It has been my daily user since I got it in November. Much of that time has been spent traveling back and forth in my backpack so I didn't have to carry extra bags. Yet, I noticed this evening that it seems to be falling apart at the seams. For the price of the foldie, it should last a lot longer than 6 months when a lot of the time was spent inside another bag. I can't justify the cost of another one so soon so I am on the hunt for a new bag
