I wasn't expecting this bass to feel and sounds as great as it does. I bought a $500+ Ibanez and it doesn't sound nearly as great as this bass. Right out of the box it was in tune and intonation was perfect. The electronics sound surprisingly good, I won't be switching those. The fret work was immaculate, the only con was the fretboard was a bit dry but I typically change my strings on all new basses so it was easily oiled and good as new. I will definitely buy another. RUST - THICK RUST LAYER ON 1/4" JACK AND ALL WASHERS ALL POTS REALLY BAD WANTED TO PUT A BLACK PICK GUARD BUT A STANDARD PBASS PICK GUARD DOESN'T FIT, THE GEOMETRY IS WAY OFF THE PICTURE OF THE PICK GUARD IS THE BACK SIDE AFTER I SCRUBBED THE RUST OFF OF IT RETURNED IT WAS ATTRACTED TO THE ROASTED CANADIAN MAPLE NECK THE WORST PART TBH.
