Amazing guitar all pieces included the problem is the amp my daughter used it and it almost caught on fire. As soon as she turned it on lucklie my wife was home with her. Amazon wants to charge you a $12.00 to send it back either for a faulty item or refund. At leaste trying the product out and review it before you sell or send a new one.or stop selling this item cause its a problem. and we are not the only ones who have said this.
