Yes it does help to reach your O but I found the mouth piece more like a vice or more robotic not sure if that is coming across right or not but it's a big surprise when you turn that option on for the mouth part accessory. Internally it's beautifully done but the part on the outside made to look like a mouth isn't natural feeling at all
