The clean white design is timeless and classic, not trendy, which means these will still look good years from now if they are taken care of. What really stands out to me is how useful the range of sizes is in real life. In my household, having that smaller dish is a game changer because I can make a modified portion for my elderly mother while still preparing the main dish in a larger pan. Everything matches, so it still looks cohesive on the table. The dishes nest neatly for storage, which helps save cabinet space, and the smooth ceramic surface cleans up easily. These arrived a few days ago. The outer box was opened and the inner box was clearly very damaged. I opened them expecting for them to be all broken. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that only one of the dishes had broken. There's a note card in the bottom of the box stating that if for some reason your dishes don't arrive in perfect condition, to reach out to the company. So I did. They responded within a few hours of me reaching out, asking lots of detailed questions about how it was shipped, they asked to see the packing materials that were shipped around them, they also asked to see some pictures of the box to see how things were treated during transit. They thanked me profusely for supplying them with these pictures so that they can improve their packaging, and they are sending me a replacement. The customer service is above and beyond what I would have expected. Especially considering I got them on review. They were willing to go above and beyond for someone that didn't even purchase them at full price. That says a lot! These are really well made. They have the four different sizes which is really beneficial for people who like to cook different things. We will oftentimes do a large family dinner and it's nice to have different sizes for the sides and stuff. It makes it so you can fit more in the oven without having to use a bunch of different larger casserole dishes. I really appreciate the small one for veggies because you don't generally make huge portions of the veggies in comparison to like a roast. The customer service alone makes me want to go back to this reputable business. The quality would definitely also make me want to go back. I am very pleased with this set.
