I bought these panels to try to make a boxwood backdrop for a bachelorette party. However, they ended up being too heavy for my backdrop stand. I didn’t think about the weight before ordering. As you can see in the pictures, my original plan was to hang the boxwood on the backdrop stand and then stab a bunch of flowers through it. I connected the boxwood pieces together using the snap lock mechanism on them, but I didn’t like how the seams were so obvious. I was trying to cut corners and make this portable, but that backfired. If I were to do it again, I would staple them onto a sheet of plywood so that I could make sure the seams weren’t too tight. It’s also not woven tight enough to hold the flowers without them falling back out the front. I feel like the quality is good, but they just didn’t work for what I was trying to do.

The grass tiles click very well together. 2boxes needed to complete my wall. Although you might think it’s light, once you click them together, it ends up being very heavy. So be sure to anchor in a simple strip of wood on to wall. I then screwed the top tiles to the wood to hold the rest of tiles together. Happy with my final product.

I researched this product extensively before buying and am overall happy with the choice. Realistic looking, precision crafted, pieces fit together and easy to assemble, hang etc. Yet contrary to the description, the product does have a strong plastic smell. We're using them outside so no big deal. But if used in an indoor space, you're going to be inhaling off gassing plastic for a while. They're touting that the plastic is new and not recycled for strength. And that fresh plastic does have an odor.

I absolutely LOVE this faux live wall. I have been given many compliments on it, and have even had two of my friends buy this because they loved it so much too. It holds up very well, looks super fresh because of it’s darker green color, so it doesn’t look as fake as a lot of others out there on the market. The sizes of the squares were great too to take up more space with fewer squares. It is 100% worth the price. Only “issue” I have with it is that during assembly, some of the pins have excess plastic so it can make it very tricky to get through the hole. Not all of them are like that! But there were more than I hoped for. The plus side to it is that we have not had any issues with them popping out and separating due to wind or anything else. Bottom line, if you buy this, you will not regret it.

I have been looking for months for a faux greenery wall. After watching a video from a blogger on YouTube, I decided to buy in. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. They don’t look cheap and are easy to hang. You need a staple gun to help the process. My husband attached 5 in a row, which made the process quicker. The only con is that they are hard to snap together and smell like wax. But nothing a little Febreeze can’t fix. I am going to mesh the lines in so it looks more cohesive. Super happy and my clients are loving the new addition.
