It was planning on returning it but then after I received it, I was like well let me get it ago. It was very easy to put together and I am telling you it works out muscles in my stomach that I haven’t been able to work out in years. I have a certain target area that I had trouble doing and this machine did it I wasn’t sore the day I did it, but I was definitely sore the next day when I woke up and I was sore in my target area. My lower abdomen is killing me and that was my target area so I’ve decided I’m going to keep the machine it actually folds up and it’s very lightweight so you can carry it wherever , so I’m glad I did decide to try it. I have several different workout devices / equipment and I have to say that this FLYBIRD Ab Workout thingy is one of my favorites to use. Easy set up, easy to use, sturdy and very convenient. I do my normal amount of reps and then whenever I walk near it, I hop on and do a few more. It all adds up! It doesn't just work your Abs, but also your upper body (arms, back, shoulders) and your legs. It's almost like a full body workout. It feels pretty flimsy and the foam pads kind of suck but it works. I didn't feel much of a difference the first day after doing this but when I woke up the next day I could barely sit up out of bed. I've felt it in my lower abs for over a week now. I don't recommend going to hard at first if your new to ab workouts. start off slow or you can risk tearing your interior oblique like I did.
