Customer service was wonderful, genuinely. My dresser was easy to put together and as described - except for the color. The photos show a warmer undertone, mine was a cooler walnut color. Which can be a selling point here! But for me, it clashed with other furniture in the room. I messaged with the seller and they got back to me quickly, texted with me!! And genuinely listened to what I had to say and responded in kind. I'm floored by the customer service aspect here. Overall I do feel that the dresser is a good product for a good price - it just didn't work for me. If a friend was looking for something like this, I'd recommend this seller for sure!

A bit smaller than expected, but it is was very easy to put together. The drawers have this cool feature when they are pushed back in they actually stop themselves first so they don’t slam shut, very nice! Great Quality and we love the brown color.

I received my order of my night stand & matching dresser way earlier than the estimated week, which was a great surprise! The night stand went well, but when we opened the dresser, the product was damaged and I was super bummed because I’m kind of on a time crunch. I requested a return and the company reached out within 2 hours, they offered to send a new part but I had already re-ordered a new dresser. At that point the company refunded my money and told me I don’t need to worry about hauling the heavy dresser back to UPS for the return, which was very appreciated.. it’s nice to have a company do the right thing for their customers The night stand is adorable and I can’t wait to have the matching dresser!

The media could not be loaded. Im going to give these night stands 5 stars for the appearance, packaging, and ease of assembly. I love the fluted style, it is very unique and look very high end. They are quite big but our old ones were half this size, so this is a plus. I looked and looked for tall night stands for our bed which is pretty tall. Finally, I came across these ones. They are the perfect height. These have plenty of storage! When they are all put together they are pretty heavy. I left 1 drawer out to move it and that seemed to help. Assembly took 1 hour for each night stand. It was nicely packaged with protection between each item in the box. The tracks for the drawers could be alittle better then they are however, they do the job. Beautiful nightstands. I am overall pleased with my purchase.

Aesthetically, this cabinet is quite nice – *if* it survives the journey with FedEx. I've ordered it twice, and both times it arrived damaged. The packaging itself is a major weak point; the cardboard is simply too flimsy for an item of this size. The first delivery sustained some damage, but it paled in comparison to the second, where the packaging was utterly destroyed and nearly every component was compromised. Most notably, the two main boards were broken in half. I suspected an issue when FedEx delayed the parcel for over a week, a clear indication it had been mishandled. Despite these issues, it *is* a nice cabinet if you receive an intact unit. I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from the supplier rather than Amazon, just in case. If it arrives broken, your options are limited to a refund with you stuck with disposal of the item. Assembly is relatively straightforward, but pay close attention to the orientation of the drawer parts, as the instructions and pictures can be a bit unclear. Overall, it's a typical press-wood, pre-fabricated cabinet – once you've assembled one, you've essentially built them all. Again, if all goes well, it looks great. Unfortunately for me, the second attempt did not pan out.
