I had ordered the brown item but the one I received was medium gray, the color of a Schnauzer. I have no way of returning it because it was vacuum packed and will no longer fit in the packaging. Oh well. It's very soft, comfortable, and didn't cost much so I'll just throw a brown blanket on it.

So I’ve bought this item three times. The cream color and two gray. I took a chance initially and bought the gray for its neutral color. First thing I noticed was the generous size. It’s like a full size bed. The gray one in particular has just the right amount of firmness and softness. The covering helps you stay in place throughout the night. It reminds you of something like a bean bag. It’s great for a heavier person or someone who needs more support. Now I purchased the cream one secondary not realizing there is a difference. Afterwards I reread the description to find the cream one slightly differs. It’s more than just a color change. It’s a lot softer. There isn’t anything wrong with it if you like a fluffier feel. I kept it for a while and it only got worst for my body. So I repurchased the gray one and instant improvement. I actually don’t mind the cream fluffly folded up as a long chair. I slept on it once like a day bed and it was an improvement. It firmed it up some. So it’s all about the level of cushion feel you’re going for. Overall it’s a great product especially for the price. It shipped quickly like the customer service’s speedy response. In conclusion the buy is great! Just read each descriptions thoroughly. This cushion chair thing does not function at all for sitting. It takes a couple days to fill out as it comes in a super heavy box that has had the air suctioned out. It doesn’t form into shape well, you have to pat it into shape. I would have loved to return it, but you have to rebox it your self. So annoying and disappointing. Ugh!!! ... show more
