Pros: Flowmaster includes everything you need to install it with decent enough instructions. The pipe seems of decent enough quality once’s it’s installed and It sounds pretty good on my 2018 JLU 2.0t. The cons: You are going to need an impact and pipe expander or it’s not going to fit. Flowmaster really needs to revise this and either note that it’s not a direct fit or fix their design. It’s far too small to just slide over the stock exhaust. I rented an expander from Advanced and after about 20 minutes of messing with it. Got it to fit and was pretty easy after that . Summary: It’s cheap enough and sounds good on the 2.0, just don’t expect it to be a direct fit without modification.

This was a direct replacement of the stock muffler, which is basically a muffler delete. It was installed in 5 minutes after removing the factory part. I did have to slightly bend open the pipe to get it to fit, along with some PB blast. It slipped right on. It is a high-tuck exhaust so it is not visible from the rear of the car. I do wish Flowmaster offered an option that would allow you to show the nice chrome polished exhaust tip. The sound is about as good as it gets for the 2.0T 4-cylinder engine. Has some grunt and does not drone in 8th gear, which is nice. It is significantly louder at cold startup.

I bought this for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL for the following reasons: 1. To bring a little "tone" to the exhaust to better hear it for shifting purposes with the manual transmission. *It sounds good and not too loud which is what I wanted. 2. To improve the acceleration performance in 5th and 6th gear. *It did this also and I can now pass a car at highway speeds in 5th gear. What I am less that satisfied is the "chrome" tip of the pipe. Installed correctly it is buried up inside the rear bumper and not visible from any angle. This pipe may fit the JL's but not sure it was designed for them. It's a shame to pay for the chrome and then not see it.

the bad: as of 9/27/19 the fitment is still terrible. The pipe is not expanded enough to slide over the existing exhaust pipe. Because of the way that Flowmaster has notched the pipe it doesn't expand properly. I have about 1/4 of overlap after renting an expander and opening the living hell out of it, had to tighten the clamp at a weird angle to get it to "not" have any leaks. I wish the Dynamax wasn't sold out when I bought this one, because I've heard great things about the other.. the good: the seller was just as expected with amazon, zero issues and fast shipping. Price was on point with all other retailers, and honestly I love the sound of these Jeeps without the muffler. If you don't like loud exhausts, don't buy it, but its not like having a 4 cylinder with straight 3" out the back.

This was a perfect fit on my 2018 JLUS 4 door. It sounds even better than I had anticipated.. It has a great amount of ground clearance as advertised. Very easy to install only took me a little over 30 minutes. Another plus is the great weight reduction of removing the old Muffler. It's the size of a small hot water tank.

Too small to fit. Had to take it to a muffler shop to use a pipe expander. If it wasn’t for that it would have been an easy install.

Keeps the exhaust pipes tucked up and out of the way. Absolutely no rattle I installed it on my four-cylinder turbo on which gives it a very unique sound! The only downfall or negative on this was I did have to pry out the tuba little bit and took some finesse to get the pipe slipped over the existing’s exhaust. But, a awesome product!
