    • Beware of sharp edges around all machine work-Be sure to break all edges to keep from cutting hands.
Look like a good product-nice clean castings with smooth runners. Came with guide plates and rocker studs loose,but you have to adjust them on the engine because they are two piece guides. I'm going to run the heads on a 383 stroker in a half ton pick-up.

Honestly I was nervous buying a set of heads off of Amazon for my small block Chevy build. Turns out so far so good. The break in process went well and I've got about 25 miles on the engine so far with no failures. Not bad for under a thousand bucks

Took these heads to my machinist to have them checked over. He was pleased with the quality.. so while they were there they were port matched to intake manifold and also did some port work to these heads. All I can say is damn! Very impressed, haven't tracked it or dynoed engine but this engine pulls really hard! ... show more

I got these heads on time but they were damaged!!! I do not have time to send them back and go through all the motions of that because i am on a very strict time constraint. This is simply unacceptable in my opinion, you pay good money to get damaged parts that im now stuck with because I do not have time to. My engine guy machined the faces down and fixed them and good as he could. Just really disappointed overall. ... show more
