I've been paddle boarding since before it was popular. I think I've tried 4-5 different holders and this is the only one that does not get tossed off my board going through rapids. It's thicker and more durable than what I had expected. I ordered two more as gifts.

This is a great cupholder. It’s a little tall and my only complaint is that it’s a little flimsy so if you have a Tumblr, it tends to tip over from time to time. It has great suctioning on the board and it has a nice groove where you can put it underneath of the elastics. I’ll give it a four only because of the flimsiness. I think it would hold great for a water bottle and a can. Let me know what you guys think. ... show more

I used these recently on a lake day and the floatsup stayed put even when I picked up my board and carried it sideways to the water. We usually bring canned drinks with us and it fit canned drinks perfectly.
