Love the desk. My desktop was damaged, but Flexispot took care of it. I'm a happy customer now.
***2-26-2022 Update. With some perseverance and patience, I worked with Flexispot customer support ([email protected]) and I just received a new desktop in great condition. It took a while as it was out of stock. I'm happy with the result. This is a great desk!*** My original review: I just received the desk and assembled it. No problem. Works great. I like the size of the 48" x 30" desktop. The construction is solid. The height adjustable mechanism runs smooth and quiet. I really like it! Then I noticed on the surface (on top) a crack in the finish that runs 12" to the outside and down the side trim. There is also a 1/2" scrape down to the board under the finish. I've tried customer support and as others have written, it's not good. I spoke to someone tonight and they said they could replace the top, but are out of stock currently and I should call back next month to see if they have been restocked. I did ask about a refund and they said they could process a refund. I'd rather have a new top. I read another review that said return the desk with issues, get a refund and buy a new desk to just avoid dealing with customer support ... I'm considering that too.

Worth it!
Only had it set up a few days now but so far I am loving it. My husband set it up pretty easily and I was able to set the buttons to my height preferences.

Best worktable for the money
Operates smoothly and motor is very quiet. Sturdy frame, nicely built--a quality product. Excellent adjusting features. Don't look any farther.

End product is great!
Putting the elevated desk together was not for a beginner. The control box included was not included in the directions.

Doesn't go low enough for women to sit ergonomically
I am not a short woman (5 ft 6), but the lowest height setting (28.9 inches) does not allow me to work with my arms at the correct "angle" for ergonomics. This is true even if I make my desk chair ridiculously tall. This really disappointed me. I should have looked for a desk that went lower, but I assumed this would accommodate me. Everything else about the desk is quite nice. They just need more adjustability.

Quality issues and horrible customer care
So I was excited to receive my new desk only to be greeted with an error message (shown in pic) once assembled. Let me explain what happened with time stamps so u understand the horrible process. 11th Sept I contact FlexiSpot and tell them about the error being displayed. Also explained the desk is not working. 12th Sept They get back to me and ask me to try the reset process. I confirm I have already tried that FlexiSpot says it’s a motor issue Later FlexiSpot mentions they wanna send me a new control unit. I inquire about the fact that they mentioned it’s a motor issue and wanna send me a control unit. Asked what is the issue, is it the motor or the control unit. 13 th September FlexiSpot gets back to me this time saying it’s an issue with key pad and wants to send me a keypad to test. So clearly they don’t know their own error codes. So instead I choose to return the desk. They send me a shipping label for the bottom part of the desk and mentions I don’t need to send the top part back. I look at the shipping label and point out a few errors and ask them to correct those ( shippers address, phone number for collection ). I also mention I need a shipping label for the top part of the desk as I don’t wanna handle disposing it. 14th September I get a corrected shipping label for the bottom part and gets told again I don’t need to send the top. I ship the bottom part and ask them again for a shipping label for the top part. Finally I get a label for the top part and I ship it off as well. 15th September I tell them the items are shipped. FlexiSpot gets back saying they are not seeing activity for the table bottom part label. Well that’s cause FlexiSpot was looking at the initial shipping label they sent me which had errors. So I point this out to them and send them the 2 correct shipping labels. Remember these are the labels they sent me. So to summarize 1. They don’t know their own product 2. Don’t seem to be competent or care enough to give good service 3. Tries to waste our time by using trial and error 4. Tried pushing me to dispose of the top wood myself I won’t be buying anything from them. I’m so glad I bought through Amazon. At least after so many time wasting interactions I got my money back.
