What I love about it: - super sturdy and heavy - 3 memory settings What can be better: - Instructions can be better! there were pages that are so confusing! - missing holes for the screws where the power box should be in place. Good thing we have power tools to drill holes meant to it. Minor things that you may want to know: - it’s not one-touch, the mechanism sleeps when it is inactive. I have to press the button twice, once to wake the system and another to actually bring it to the desired height. - the system sleeps 10 seconds from the first time you press it, so you have to follow up quickly with the second push to adjust the height. - it takes 10 seconds for it to move from sitting to the first height programmed. ... show more

Assembly note: fasten RIGHT leg to the table board, install the transmission rod, THEN fasten LEFT leg to table board. this makes installing the transmission rod so much easier. I’ve assembled the desk and really like it. It’s heavy & sturdy. Hopefully it will last a long time. The (heavy) table top shipped separately from all the other pieces. I expected this (you’re told this when you place your order). But the two packages arrived about a week apart… annoying. When I started to assemble the desk, one of two small plastic endcaps on the crossbar arrived smashed into three pieces. Customer service was eager to help but I couldn’t convince her to simply send me two endcaps (total weight less than 2 ounces). She insisted on sending me a new crossbar which contained the endcaps I needed. That heavy piece came in a 36x8x10 box… what a waste. Finally, installing the control box underneath the table was complicated by the fact that the table did NOT have the pre-drilled holes as shown in the directions. I didn’t want to risk drilling pilot holes so used 2-sided tape instead. Not a big deal. ... show more

Before the pandemic I had purchased an Autonomous sit/stand desk. It was pretty expensive then, and even more so now, but the quality was good. When looking for an alternative company for my gaming setup I decided to give this brand a shot and I’m very glad I did. It’s a super high quality desk but at a very good price. The motor is whisper quiet. A little slower than other desks but definitely does the job. Table finish and quality is quite nice and looks good in my living room.
