If God blessed you with a head large enough to contain your big brain and big personality you learned long ago that 99% of "one size fits all" ball caps don't cut it, even when adjusted to Full Capacity. I believe I measure 7 3/4 (it's been a few years since I checked) and this cap fits me great and doesn't cause a headache like the L-XL size did. My dad has a huge head. Almost all one size fits all don't get big enough. I embroider hats on my wife's machine sometimes and the hats my dad likes the most are flexfit. Especially this XXL size. The flexfit style are also easier to get in the hat jig and sew out good

I will always turn to this brand for my husbands hats. He is balding and it affected his self esteem ( I think he is hot!) and he uses the hats as a comfort when in public. So I bought multiple ones in different colors so he doesnโ€™t have to feel uncomfortable.
