Features

  • BETTER FOR YOU & THE PLANET. Live worry-free on your period using an earth-friendly menstrual disc made with 100% body-safe materials. Flex Plant+ Disc is FDA-registered, hypoallergenic, and is not made with BPA, phthalates, or natural rubber latex.
  • PLANT-BASED PERIOD FREEDOM. Our disposable Plant+ Disc is made with 40% plant-based polymers that capture C02 from the atmosphere during production, helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated 2.10 KG (compared to a non-plant-based polymer).
  • ENJOY UP TO 12 HOURS OF LEAK PROTECTION. Unlike tampons, Flex Plant+ Disc provides all-day wear and has not been linked with TSS. The disc holds as much as 5+ super tampons (60 mL) and forms to your body during wear, sealing in leaks and odors.
  • SO COMFORTABLE, YOU CANT EVEN FEEL IT. Since Flex Plant+ Disc sits in the vaginal fornix, where there are fewer nerve endings, you cant feel it during wear. The disc leaves the vaginal canal unobstructed, which may also reduce cramps.
  • EASY TO USE. Flex Plant+ Disc is beginner-friendly and designed to make insertion, placement, and removal a breeze. Enjoy the flexibility of the EasyFold rim, which allows the disc to be pinched effortlessly before insertion.

  • Never what I would have expected!
For a few years since these came out, I've been very reluctant about them. I made the jump because I'm so tired of pads (I can't use tampons because they're so uncomfortable) and all these period underwear brands SWEAR by their products, where they only work for a cycle or 2 and then start wearing down where I'm resulted to go back to pads, again. I figured I'd try these disposable ones before I went and got the reusable ones and let me say THEY ARE ON POINT!!! It did take me a while to get used to putting them in, (they're easy to make you believe they're in all the way but in reality they aren't in all the way) but once I got the hang of it THEY CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! I found strengthening my kegels helped them stay in place (especially when coughing or sneezing), but I ended up making the jump to the reusable cup because I was struggling a bit to keep them in place because like I said, it was a bit tough to get them in the correct position. The reusable cups are DEFINITELY much easier to work with getting into place. The disposable ones you gotta make sure you're really relaxed to get into correct position, but the reusable just about goes right into place without as much effort. I give these a 4 because they REALLY ARE AMAZING once you get the hang of how far you actually gotta push in without getting caught on your cervix and the struggle of leakage is a bit annoying, but again they're LIFE CHANGING once you get it!!! ... show more

  • I’ll be damned… it really does work
I bought these as an alternative to tampons because I deal with a lot of inconsistency during my period and determining when to change them has caused pain in the past if it was not yet time and I changed too early, or having a particularly heavy day where 2 hrs was too long to leave it. I can say I have been extremely resistant to change and have never tried something like this or a cup before. However, I am just shocked at how well it’s worked so far on my first try. It looks awkward as ass when you open it and notice it’s a crinkly crunchy bag that is catching everything. I was expecting something softer I guess. However, once I got over my fit of laughter looking at the thing, once I put it in, I couldn’t feel it at all and it’s done it’s job, complete with emptying every time I pee which is just the wildest thing. It’s lasted 12 hours during my heaviest time which was great to not have to continually fuss with something. Removing it isn’t difficult or painful, but clean up is worse than a tampon but I would assume similar to a cup. It has leaked a little, but honestly that doesn’t seem to be a true leak from the product but more residue left after a pee-emptying that I am using a liner to catch. Slept all night with no issues which with tampons I was lucky to sleep through the night because I’d wake up feeling a leak on heavy nights. I am truly impressed, and I’m thankful to have this option. If you’re considering trying it out, I encourage you to see for yourself if it’s something that could work. With prime, it’s free returns anyway! LOL, while awkward I was fully prepared to take these to my local Kohls Amazon hub and return them (the unused of course) had they pissed me off or hurt, but I’m happy to say I’ll be keeping them and plan to continue purchasing. ... show more

  • I love it
The disposable ones were my first try with menstrual disk. There’s a little learning curve but it really stop menstrual pain! So I got these for the second try and so glad that it has a more environmental friendly version. But not sure why I had pretty consistent uncomfortableness\pain while using these. So I went back on the disposable one and the pain is gone again. It could be my body not agreeing with something but I will still recommend it. I would love to try this again if it has a newer version. Thank you for making such period positive products. ... show more

  • Get rid of your tampons
Have the reusable version but keep these on hand for when you just cannot do the rinse and reuse. I’ve struggled with very heavy flow and one of these can last me the entire work day on first day of my cycle.

  • Amazing!
I had a difficult time with menstrual cups being comfortable in the slightest and thought I’d try a disk before my hiking trip to see if it would work so I wouldn’t be worried about changing pads and tampons. I opted for disposable since silicone isn’t good for the sensitive skin down there (too rough for sensitive skin and can cause tears). So amazingly comfortable and I can’t even feel it when it’s in there which is super abnormal to me! AND I could wear white pants! ... show more

  • Life changing
The flex disc has been life changing for me. After I had my children my periods have become heavier. A friend recommended I try the flex disc prior to going on a beach vacation. I was complaining about having my period on vacation and how I wouldn't be able to go to the beach the first 2 days when my flow is heaviest. She told me about the flex disc. I was hesitant to try it because I was unsuccessful with using a menstrual cup in the past. She convinced me to try it and I'm so glad that I did! It was so easy to insert. It doesn't leak. I love how it empties itself when you pee. It's amazing. I recommend it to everyone! ... show more

  • Needs to be placed perfectly
I love this period product, only issue is that it has to be perfectly placed in order to not leak

  • I'll never go back to tampons
Alright, listen up ladies, because I got something to say: I've found the holy grail for periods. These little discs are the real MVPs of my monthly cycle. Seriously, these things are more comfortable than wearing PJs all day. No more pinching, no more bunching, no more uncomfortable waddling around. Plus, they've made my cramps way less intense compared to tampons. In all seriousness, though, these discs have been a game-changer for me. They're so easy to use, provide outstanding protection, and are honestly the comfiest things I've ever worn during my period. Trust me, your uterus will thank you! ... show more
