This is a purely manual unit as opposed to many now available that provide electric functions such as suction and vibration. The so-called suction that it offers is simply a matter of a release valve and it really doesn’t have that much variation in what you can change. Basically is leading an air hole or closing the air hole. There’s not really any in between. You said the build quality is pretty good and the sleeve quality is above average. It’s easy to clean being able to open from both sides and has a cap and stands up by itself. All things considered despite it high price this one definitely performs better than average. And there is plenty of room unlike many of the offerings which don’t really have enough accommodation for size, this one will fit most people I’m sure. Pricy though.
