Seriously easy to put together, took me about a half hour as I was working around two dogs and a child. Good quality vinyl and not shiny, but has a leather type look. Thick and seems pretty sturdy. My son is ecstatic as it fits his BMore Ravens themed room perfectly. I did order the Zinus headboard brackets as he has a memory foam mattress and had just a metal platform mattress base and they worked on his frame nicely, and the headboard attached to them as well. Instructions were included as well as all the necessary hardware and tools. Now I'm considering buying the gray option for our king sized bed! ... show more

I have been looking for a headboard within my price range for months. I have read some reviews on others that scared me away from buying online for a couple months. Finally after reading the reviews for this one, I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. This was half the price of others with horrible reviews that looked similar. The legs were hidden in the back of headboard and after removing them for installation, it leaves me a nice little stash spot for my gun, money, and adult products without the worry of my kids finding them or worse, a burglar. It is nice quality material and once bolted to my regular generic frame, it is sturdy and makes no noises when moving on the bed. It is cushioned enough to be comfortable when laying in bed for TV viewing. It is tall enough (also adjustable height) to see even when pillows are piled against it. The color was perfect and matched my curtains that I also ordered off Amazon. I am very impressed with this product and look forward to doing business in the future once my son needs a new bed. ... show more

I love my new headboard especially Bc it’s so affordable. I wish the gray I purchased was a tad bit darker but it’s so easy to assemble and it’s superr sturdy (I mounted it on my queen frame). The second pic I inserted show the texture of the frame which I didn’t LOVE at first but got used to it and no regrets with this purchase ... show more

NO bed bugs... I bought the full size headboard over a year ago (March 2020) and I love it. I actually got it on an Amazon "damaged box" deal at about half price. I figured it was Prime and why not try. Only the box had damage, not a mark on the headboard. The headboard is great quality; I was pleasantly surprised. I have a very old, not great, bed frame and it was easy to install but I did have to go buy some bolts and washers. I'm not sure if it is because it was an open box deal, but, although it had hardware to attach the legs, it didn't have any actual hardware included to attach it to the frame. I did deduct an assemly star for that, but it might have been because it was a damaged and taped up box deal, not sure. The first bolts I put on, I thought the heads were large enough, but they eventually tilted and popped inside the frame legs. Once the washers were on both sides though, I haven't had any problems. It is sturdy and doesn't move or shake. It looks beautiful. I love the color (dark grey) and the more modern style of the tufting without buttons. I am actually thinking of purchasing it again as a queen and giving this bed to my child. ... show more

Aside from a slight smell coming off the vinyl, which I don't find all that offensive, this headboard is pretty great. It arrived intact (yay!), came with all the necessary hardware (in a "hidden" velcroed compartment on the back of it) and was very easy to install. SIDENOTE: In case anyone else is a worrywart like me, I had my husband attach the bolts in the opposite direction than what was shown in the instructions (i.e. facing inward instead of outward) because I didn't want them scratching/poking into the (dry)wall behind the bed. See attached photos for reference. Overall, I'm very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the price compared to other models I was looking at on Amazon! ... show more

I bought a queen size one and it’s absolutely great! It’s vinyl and metal. It was interesting to find the legs in the back of the headboard like a secret compartment. Easily assembled and the extra holes in the legs made it great to be able to adjust which holes I needed to use to have enough room for my mattress and box spring. The packaging made me laugh for a minute because they have a Velcro packing on the back of the headboard where they stash the legs. I thought I got screwed. The headboard looks tall on the ad and that was my fear but it’s highly adjustable! Do not throw away the little wooden blocks, they are used to balance the legs as you screwed them into the headboard. Very thoughtful instructions but the font is little as heck! ... show more
