    • Mine had to be depressurized before it would fill.

Great size. Super compact. Easier to lug around than the larger tanks. First place I took it to couldn't get it to take propane. The guage read full even though the tank was clearly empty. The attendant wasn't interested in listening to me about depressurizing the tank. I took it home and connected it to my grill and turned the grill on. No flame, of course, but was hoping it was make a difference. When indisconnected from the grill the guage read low, so i hoped for the best. Brought it to a second place and had no issues with filling it. Really pleased with that outcome since I didn't want to return it. 5 stars after that depressuring thing worked out, but I suspect attendants without much experience with filling new tanks might not know this trick. ... show more

    • Arrived with bent parts. Functional but the damage was preventable.

There's bent metal at the top and bottom but Amazon will not allow me to explain it. It seems a pretty decent, functional tank and I'm glad I chose this one for its low aspect ratio. I think the cause for the bent sheet-metal parts would apply for any other tank from the same shipper.

Stores much more propane than the old 5 lb tank. Also costs MUCH less than aluminum tanks. Sure it will corrode, but should last 2-3 yrs.
