Solid build quality. Works great on the side of my fiberglass camper. It is a flat surface and the pole holder gets a very firm grip. The only issue I had is when I removed the holder, it left a discoloration on the white fiberglass. It eventually came off, but I had scrub with cleaner. Maybe if I had cleaned the suction cups first to remove any factory dust? I will try that before my next use.

I have decided to use this suction cup flagpole holder for my Pontoon boat. I attached it to the smooth surface of the pontoon wall and placed a flagpole into it. I now can show my spirit for our boat parades. I haven't had an issue with it staying attached but I do have it on a smooth flat surface.

I had high hopes for this flagpole holder, thinking this would be the perfect accessory for our entry in the Veterans Day Parade. Unfortunately, it won't stick to my car. If the surface is not totally flat, one or the other of the suction cups don't connect and it won't stay on. It's a good solid weight, seems well made, but it won't stick to my car.

I got this flag holder since my Corvette is the grand marshal in a Veterans Day parade. I am going to use the dual suction cups on my rear window and put an American flag in the flag pole holder. It was easy to assemble and very straight forward. It seems sturdy and secure. The suction cups are very strong and have tensioners built into them. Since the parade is slow moving I am not afraid of the flag blowing off while driving, but would be curious how it would do at high speeds.
