Adorable frames and fast shipping; only one came broken. Bummer. I guess you get what you pay for. Assuming the seller is using a distribution center, it's more on the people who packaged them, if anything. Still love the other three; will have to make do without the broken one. These frames look lovely. The back is velvet and is easy to open/close. Love the mats for different size photos. The only thing to note is that it is not glass, it is plexiglass or something although I personally prefer that as it is not as breakable. In addition, they were packaged very nicely and securely with cardboard between frames and styrofoam around them to prevent damage! ... show more
