These frames look lovely. The back is velvet and is easy to open/close. Love the mats for different size photos. The only thing to note is that it is not glass, it is plexiglass or something although I personally prefer that as it is not as breakable. I ordered one set first to see if it and it was a nice muted gold color, so I ordered a second set. The second set was a bright and sparkly gold. Totally different and not good to go with the presentation I was making. That is disappointing.

The frame is cute, but it does not hold its square shape very well. the frame ( aluminum? plastic? .. ( not sure ) when mounted to a wall gets askew so you have to play with it the get it to lay against the drywall without looking wonk-y .
