Loose fitting on the frame, not tightly sprung. So four stars. Spray the back of the canvas with water, use a brush to wet under the frame getting to the edges, especially the corners, where they are the worst. They will tighten up as they dry. They would be a five if they came this way. They are level, the wood frame is angled correctly, and the canvas side of the frame is beveled appropriately, so the wood won't tear the canvas. Good for the money, just fix them up.
