I ordered these before I realized the middle section was thin. Really thin. I wasn't expecting much she was going to return it but upon arrival it actually was sturdy enough for my project I wanted to do. I stained it and used it as little tables for my heat lamps! Came out perfectly! Ionly have 1 screw so far lol im mssing some screws on the sides to make it sturdier, they come in thurs so it's not finished yet but it works!

Nice smooth finish. Used one to glue to the top of a cake decorating turntable to make a large 24" turntable. Works beautifully for that. Will use the other one for either an ocean pour or galaxy pour.

5 stars bc it’s a great item UNLESS you’re using it for wood burning crafts.. I’m not sure why since this type of wood is supposed to be one of the better choices for pyrography but it gums up my wood burner tip immediately. Each burned dot in the photo literally took about 15 seconds vs maybe 1 second on the other woods I’ve tried, it’s like tar gets stuck on the tip of your tool after one touch to the wood. I wouldn’t buy if that’s what you’re doing with it but for all other crafts it’s great. I painted mine as well as burned it and the painting on it was fine.

I am a professional artist and had a desire to paint on a round canvas. The actual round canvas I saw and bought on Amazon were cheaply made and not to my standard. They were like shower curtain material stretched over cheap particle board. I found these large nearly 20” round panels and love them (they are classified as 20” round and are actually 19.75” round). They have a dense press board structure with a wood overlay disk adhered to the press board circle, making them structurally sound and lightweight. The edges give you a clean finish. Paintings look professional and finished. Note that these are raw wood, so you will need to prepare them with gesso or whatever pre-treatment best serves your need.

These are definitely the nicest ones I found. I don’t believe they’re supposed to be solid WOOD and I love the MDF on the bottom. I just wish they were thicker. I ALSO WISH THAT COST LESS and that I COULD BUY THEM IN LARGER AMOUNTS AND SAVE MONEY.

I used this just one time, as the top for a cell painting spinner. I covered it with a plastic bag. It is already a bit warped. The wood is raw. I suggest that if you are going to use these for painting of any kind that you quoted it heavily with any kind of an enamel paint that will seal it and prevent any wet paint from leaking in. Since there are two, I am going to do that with the second one. The other thing that I have done is purchased 20 inch plastic bowl covers on Amazon and I will put a plastic bowl cover over the top of this wood, each time that I well use it for cell Painting
