I had a pencil case that fit a lot of pencils and erasers and pencil lead refill’s but the zippers broke to the point they no longer would zip the case closed even though it looked closed, so after looking through many other pencil pouch’s with high capacity’s but either not great prices, reviews, quality, or all of the above. I picked up this one due to the price, seller and reviews, most of them were amazon vine reviewers so I was very skeptical, But I needed a new case so I got it to see if it was actually good and so far it is, has a lot of room, a nice color and most importantly the zippers work, I’m enjoying my use of it and hoping that it lasts longer than the last one did.

This "Pencil Case" from Five Star is great. It's very well-made inside and out with secure seams, easy zipper closings, and sturdy mesh areas. It's about 1" high, 5ish " wide, and about 6ish " long. A good size case for any location and for traveling ( put in purse, or travel bag). It's easy to clean with a damp cloth or paper towel . The outside front has a nice 2-part design. One is a diamond-like pattern and the other a very tiny circle-like design. I ordered the case with an added pink color so there is a pink plastic ribbing that circles the outside and on the lower right section the words " FIVE STAR" with 5 stars printed beneath, very pretty. Within the outside zippered closing there are 3 different sections. One is empty for any loose items that are easy to grab. The middle section is a hardened thin piece with 5 slot holders and below is a tight mesh opening. The 3rd section is the inside of front cover. This is a zipper-closing mesh pocket area for larger items. Although this case is described as a "Pencil case", it's very versatile and could be used for many purposes such as.. a jewelry case, for makeup and/or beauty items, for art or other craft supplies, etc. Whatever your imagination and need is. The items can easily be switched at any time. The case came well-packaged and secure, ready to use right out of the box. Honestly, i thought this item was way more then I expected and the pricing was very reasonable for all the case offered. I plan on buying a few more for myself and for future gifts. I'd give 10+ stars if I could and highly recommend it.

As a special education teacher, I push into different general education classrooms all day long, so I have to carry supplies with me just like the kids do. This Five Star pencil pouch is great for keeping everything I could possible need within easy reach. The little elastic holders for pens are great for keeping my commonly used items (teacher pen, a couple of different colored highlighters, pencil) within easy reach, and the little zippered compartment is great for keeping sticky notes and paperclips. I usually keep a calculator, some reward bucks, and a few extra pencils and erasers to loan to students that forgot theirs in the larger storage compartment. It's a great little pencil pouch that isn't too bulky and is designed for easy organization. It's great for kids that want to carry around like 100 pens/pencils that they don't actually need because the smaller form factor and compartments force the user to prioritize just the most important items, and the design helps to keep the most important items where they can be reached easily without a bunch of searching. I also like how it's not huge and bulky. As a teacher I have a kid accidentally knock a bulky pencil box off their desk at least once a week. This one is small enough that it shouldn't get in the way during regular classroom tasks- and if it falls, it will do so pretty quietly- yay! The fabric is also much more durable against drops than one of the hard plastic pencil boxes. I could see this lasting a few school years with regular use!
