This watch will NOT hold it's charge. I have to charge it every day. Even when I am not wearing it, it loses the charge in 1 day! I have also turned it off after it is fully charged to test it, and it loses it's charge, & turns off totally in 1 day! I am so sad, as I purchased this watch to replace my old Fit Bit watch, that was needing to be charged every 3 days. Now I am back to wearing my old watch, as it is more reliable than this new one. I am sorry that I spent the money on this watch. I also bought 2 xtra bands for it, and they are very hard to take on & off! I am very disappointed. It is a pretty watch, but that doesn't matter, since I cannot wear it. I kept working on it, thinking that I must not be doing something right...But, have given up. Wish I would have returned it, and the xtras I bought for it. I did it all in good faith, not expecting it to be such a DUD! ... show more

This is an extremely user friendly device. I needed a way to monitor my blood oxygen levels and blood pressure and was dubious about its accuracy but double checking found it to be right where the other devices said it should be.. It has many great features including find my phone and message notifications. It was worth the price. The only thing I don't really like is the band that makes my wrist sweat, but as I normally don't wear a watch may be something I just need time to adjust. ... show more

    • finally gave up
update: yes, after struggling for weeks now I have finally given up on being able to use this watch. I do love the watch itself but the app is absolute garbage. It constantly loses the Bluetooth connection and acts like a playground bully and will not allow my other devices to connect either. Then in an attempt to get it to connect, I have to turn the watch off. When that happens it loses all of its brains. All information and all settings are lost at that point. So, for a watch that is supposed to be smart, it is really dumb to purchase this watch. update: knocking off another star for discovering if the watch turns off from low battery, all settings are reset. what a pain it is to change all the settings back. Received the watch and gave it a charge. I like the size of it and the band seems sturdy. setting up the watch takes some time and it is not as user friendly as I would like. Also, the settings for watch functions is hard to navigate and even with a format change it reverts back to whatever format it chooses. the weather reads in celcius and cannot be chnged. the watch seems accurate with readings.     • Cool talk feature but BP reading is unreliable
I bought this watch to take constant BP readings to monitor my hypertension. However, the readings are almost the same every time. I compared it against my Omron arm blood pressure monitor and the watch was way off. Before I ā€œcalibratedā€ the watch to me, which was just my age, weight, and my usual BP reading, it measured the same as after I calibrated it. It does have a cool feature where you can receive calls and talk into your watch. My husband said I sounded great on it but sometimes I could barely hear him on it no matter how high I turned up the volume. Honestly just get an Apple Watch or Samsung if you want a smart watch. And then get a wrist BP monitor if you want to measure your BP in the most convenient way and reliable way possible. ... show more

I bought this watch because I needed a watch for my B/P numbers. I had previously bought a couple of Fitbit watches and they died and I refuse to buy another so I decided to buy this one. I wish I had bought this one instead of the Fitbitā€™s and much cheaper. A great product. Only problem I have with this watch is if you are looking on Facebook and open a message it plays through the watch in which I canā€™t get to turn off so you would have to turn your Bluetooth off. ... show more
