First of all … cute packaging. Comes with a nice note from the company. It’s mostly written in easy to understand English despite them breaking up words at weird places. Slightly disappointed that the English wasn’t as bad as other products I buy because that makes me chuckle. Set up is pretty simple. The watch just turns on. The instructions provided are simple enough to follow. The straps need to be installed and the little mechanism used (which is also used on other fitbit style watches) is at best frustrating. This is where the watch loses a star. If they were already installed this would be a five star review. The display is nice and bright. Fits my 12 year old boy just fine on his wrist. The strap is flexible and comfortable (tried it out on my wrist first). There’s your standard fitness tracker functions but this one incorporates a couple of small games that I couldn’t get to work on the touchscreen. Maybe it noticed my adult fingertips trying to operate it and said “not today boomer!”. All in all a decent smartwatch for a younger member of your family. ... show more

This item starts with a four star rating, based on its features and design. The plastic band is not attached to the watch in the box, and it is kind of a pain to fasten. The back of the watch features a sensor to pick up heart rate and transmit sleep information. The front has a basic LED display that is bright and colorful. The magnetic charging attachment tends to get bumped off. If you don’t have it perfectly aligned when on the charging station. The watch claims to be waterproof, but does not warranty against hot showers or steam as in a sauna. Since there probably isn’t a protective case that you can get for this, it’s likely going to be damaged by my very rough children in a matter of weeks. I will adjust my review accordingly as I assess the quality and durability of this item. I can almost guarantee that the slightest amount of tension on the bands will pull it off of the watch face. ... show more

I forgot to take a picture of this, but it looks very similar to an Apple Watch. The band comes detached, so you will have to put it on and charge the watch. But it comes with everything that you need except for a block.

Frustrating? Umm, let me mention just a few . . . The "user guide" provided is not very useful at all! There are no instructions for even attaching the odd type of strap that comes with the watch, nor how to adjust the strap to fit without having the one strap sticking out beyond the arm after the right tightness is achieved on a child's arm. Both my husband and I couldn't figure out how to attach the magnetic charger until I went online and checked the ratings of other watches by the same make where users posted questions to other users about how to connect the charger. Once we had that accomplished, going back to the guide, it still provided very little instruction on how to use this "sports smartwatch". This is supposed to be for a child, but it is terribly confusing even for an adult to figure out! Perhaps, this watch would be best suited for a techy-type person, who already has the mind for how this technology works. However, for the rest of us, decent instructions are quite necessary. The time and date appear to be accurate, but, with just a quick review of the games, they seem to be a bit useless, as well. The heart rate measurement seems a bit erratic, so I doubt it is accurate. And, while the calculator does compute, the digits are so tiny, it's difficult to input the accurate numbers to get the correct calculation. I believe the best use for this watch is to give the date and time and to clock one's time for physical activities such as walking and running. Hence, my low rating. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For a child’s watch this is pretty cool! I have looked everywhere for a watch for my elderly mother that doesn’t have to be connected to a smartphone, this is the one!! The watch monitors heart beat, accurate to my Apple Watch, steps and sleep which is what my mom needs. She isn’t going to care that you can change the screen to fun pictures or that you can play 6 different games on it. The band was a little difficult to connect to the watch as it has tiny pins. The band is long, fits my adult wrist but yet can be made small for a smaller child. The reason I would not rate this a 5 is that the time is set to military time and I would think most would want it 12 hour time🤷♀️ ... show more

This is a good watch for my 6 years old, it keeps him excited and he likes the games on it. The touchscreen sliding action while playing games seems not really smooth but I don't have much expectation from this price point.

This fitness watch malfunctioned within the first 24 hours of use. The display could not be turned off. It had to be restarted and the clock reset. It doesn't connect to a phone so the software can't be updated to fix the problem as far as I can tell. The level of functionality is low for the price.
