The steps measurement is reasonably accurate versus Fitbit Alta HR, Heart rate measurements were way off and the blood pressure measurement hopelessly inaccurate (Systolic of 117 when BP device showed 170). The sleep readout in the app was minimal and did not record REM sleep. It is a pain when one has to remove the device in order to shower. Before buying it look at the app's privacy policy. This Chinese company which has the words "Intelligent Big Data" in its title will access your contact list, Emails, Messages, location and trajectory, phone call data, etc., which they will transmit unencrypted, should you use any of the higher functions of the device. When I read their policy, I returned the device. I am going to continue using my years old Fitbit whose face has given up it functions, but the Fitbit app is well developed and easy to access. ... show more

Just received my FitVII HM57 and it was easy to charge and set up. Price was exceptional as Amazon daily special at 50% off. Have yet to figure out how to change weather from celsius to fahrenheit. Will be testing accuracy of BP and sleep data against BP cuff monitor and my sleep number bed.

All around it is a decent watch. I payed $53.49 for this product, and I would value it at around $35.00. The mobile app is a decent companion to the watch, and connection to a phone is relatively easy. The functions are useful: being able to receive message notifications, calendar, calculator, find phone, calorie tracking, step tracking, heart rate monitoring, sleep data, blood pressure, blood oxygen, change music (song/volume/pause/play), stopwatch, timer, and alarm clock. Battery life is relatively good, which will hold a charge for about 4-5 days The issue I have with this watch is its accuracy. In the week I have owned it, there have been 3 times where the time (and this is a WATCH, mind you) was behind by between 30 minutes and an hour. I question the accuracy of the heart rate monitor, whose results differ from those I get when I time my pulse. Summary: The watch has some decent functions, but some rather large flaws that could balance out your decision on whether or not to purchase this model. Given my experience with the product, I would not pay more than $35-$40 for this product. ... show more
