This watch is my first smartwatch fitness tracker. Based on the reviews, and for the price, I decided to give it a try. It works very well. I have had it for about three weeks. The battery lasts for almost a week. It was straightforward to set up, and the app has several faces you can choose. I knew it wouldn't be accurate for blood pressure readings, but it gave me an idea. DO NOT RELY ON THIS WATCH AS YOUR SOLE PRESSURE READING DEVICE. The step count is good, and I get messages and phone calls with a Bluetooth connection to my phone. I like the size and shape. I'm petite, and this watch doesn't overpower my wrist. This watch is very easy to pair to your phone. I love the video that shows exactly how to get started. The main feature I like is the lighting. The brightness of the screen is easily accessible and very easy to change. The only slightly negative for me is the color of the band. I have the rose gold watch and the band looked to be tan. Definitely not as full-featured as Tic, Galaxy, or Pixel watches. That said, there was no restriction on using BP, though I cannot tell how accurate it might be. It did show connections to most notifications and emails. Where it does shine is in battery longevity. Even using most of the features and using for sleep tracking I got no less than 5 days. I never allowed it to run down completely, so actual usage may have been closer to 7-8 days. Such connections such as weather were accurate, but clicking did not bring up any further information or forecast. Activity tracking needed to be started manually and ended manually, and GPS and networks needed the phone in hand. It is inexpensive and features many watch faces. I purchased it to see if it might be an economical replacement for my Galaxy Watch 4. The answer is a resounding no, but if someone does not need the extensive features. But if you can settle for an LED screen, limited bells and whistles, and simply want an easy way to watch your heart rate (accurate), BP (unconfirmed), Blood Oxygen (seemed accurate), and some sleep and workout data it might do the trick. What would solve this dilemma would be for the big boys to really take better battery life and more robust regional clearance of health features seriously. ... show more

I purchased this smartwatch to use on a long distance drive that I'm planning since my car is an older model and doesn't have the newer electronic features. When I received it, it didn't have an operating manual included so I needed to contact customer service to connect to music and telephone answering. The response was rapid, within 24 hrs., and complete with photos so my issues were resolved very satisfactorily by Belle. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Unfortunately, when you connect all these features, the battery life is shortened considerably. Otherwise, this smartphone is a great value for the price. And I also have purchased the Fitbit Charge in the past which cost considerably more and has significantly fewer features. Would recommend this smartwatch! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The watch itself has a lot of functions. I think the price is very reasonable for what you get out of the watch. It tracks steps, heart rate, blood pressure, view text notifications, receive calls and call out, period tracker, much more as far as fitness goes. However, the battery life is not great. This may be because I use mine a lot, but I do have to charge it every night. IT IS NOT WATERPROOF!! This is my biggest disappointment. I thought it was swim friendly, or at least decently water proof. Nope. It's more like barely let the water touch it while washing your hands proof. "No swimming, diving, or hot showers." Actual quote from their manual. Overall, it is a really nice watch. The value is great, but it's definitely not "waterproof" haha. ... show more
