So far it is doing what I need, which monitoring my heartbeat when I go for my walks. The setup was straightforward. Update 1.29.24 - I looked around and found two longer wrist bands. The first is from DaQin and is 9.2 inches long. The second was from BISONSTRAP which cam ein at 9 inches long. Both were good and comfortable. I eventually chose the DaQin due to the length and the ease of adjustability. I bought the Fitness Tracker a couple of months ago and loved it! It started to malfunction and I emailed the company and they helped to trouble shoot to see if they could help to get it functioning properly. We tried everything and finally decided that it was not going to work properly. The company emailed me and said they would replace the fitness tracker, I received the new tracker in three days and I am very happy with the replacement. Overall I like this tracker so far, especially at this price. I wanted to get away from Fitbit since the Google takeover. My main complaints are with the FitCloudPro software. There is no GPS functionality for tracking walks on this device (not mentioned in the ad). The charting leaves a lot to be desired.
