First off, I did finally assemble and it looks great. It's exactly what I wanted HOWEVER, for someone that has assembled every piece of furniture he owns (dining room tables, chairs, entertainment centers, end tables, drawers...) this piece of furniture was problematic. 1. The instructions clearly label the part numbers by letter. Those part numbers are nowhere to be found on any of the parts either by sticker or marked in the unfinished edge as most other assembly required furniture parts . Realize that when dealing with furniture in which the top / bottom and sides are all the same size, it's not always that easy to visually determine what is part A, B, C etc. Only careful examination of the drawings and then writing the part myself with a piece of tape helped me through this as the first step was to add the cam bolts and came screws to the individual parts. Once parts were labeled, I could then complete the assembly without having to go through mental and visual exercises to again figure out what was part A part B part C etc. 2. Just like another review described, the center part F screw holes will not line up with the bottom base part B correctly. In other words, it was impossible to seat the center J bolt in the designated hole for bottom base part B. Or, if I did manage to fit the center bolt, then the left and right J bolts would not align. So, if I tried to force it, then the back of the center piece would stick up.. You get the idea.. trust me on this one, I was doing everything correctly and it's simply poor calibration at the factory. 3. My solution to this was to unscrew the CAM locks holding the center part F in place at the top so that I could remove the part, then, remove the J bolt designed to connect to the bottom horizontal piece. What this means is my center piece is little lose since it's secured at the top but not the bottom. Certainly not a huge issue as once you insert the shelves, everything holds up pretty nicely. Although made of particle board, it went together well. Took my husband and me 2 and a half hours to build it and we did not yell at each other... not once! All the hardware pieces were there, including extra small screws and bolts in case we lost some during assembly. If you take your time to study, the pictogram instructions are okay to follow. The unit is strong enough to hold a printer and reams of paper, but the cabinet top is only wide enough to hold one printer. Actually, the construction is a 'fun' family project and will collect all the stray computer/printer items together in one place It comes in a black or white finish, but is paintable to add to the 'family' project theme. Parts are not labeled so as other reviewers have said make sure you lay out all of your parts and study them against the pictures to make sure you have the right part. If you do you'll do okay putting it together. I used Gorilla Glue to put mine together to make sure it would stay together. My four hundred dollar plus printer is going to be sitting on this and I wanted to make sure it's not going to come apart. If you use glue MAKE SURE you have the parts right or you'll make a mess. I'm poor so I've put furniture together all my life so it was a no brainer for me. I did notice that where you use screws, wheels, doors, that the screws don't really tighten up and will spin so don't use much torq on them. Considering printer stands at the office supply store run anywhere from two to three hundred dollars and I needed somewhere to store toner and paper it's not a bad little stand and will serve the purpose. So, the price for it isn't terrible and it serves its function. However, putting it together is not simple and the directions can sometimes be a pain to figure out. The biggest complaint and the reason I took a star off is that even after tightening everything, it is not that sturdy. It easily moves back and forth, so a kind of wobble. I wish there were better tightening options than what it has. I may update if anything changes. You get what you pay for and right now, it is working. ... show more

When You put together this Printer Stand, just pay attention to how strong you do this job. I mean to control your power because the parts and items not so strong and have not good quality. Thanks to the company they put some spare parts. They easily break down.

I also do not understand the bad reviews. It's not rocket science to put this thing together, just follow the instructions. The review that says that the middle wall F is the wrong part, you didn't follow the instructions. Of course it is shorter than the sides. The door wouldn't close if the middle panel was as wide as the sides. The instructions clearly show how it should be positioned. Another reviewer says the screws for the hinges are too long. The screws in the package with the hinges are too long, but that's why they give you shorter screws. Yet another review says the panels broke when putting it together. Hard to see how that could happen unless you did something stupid. You have to do a little bit of thinking before putting something like this together. Lay out all the parts and make sure you understand how it all goes together before you do anything. It's a nice stand at a decent price. You have to take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. ... show more
