Very supportive, I can jump and run with no problem and no pain. Covers the nipples very well. Best sports bra ever. I’m 5”0 145lbs and I got a medium. Fits like a glove, I’m around a 36C. Also Got it for my Bestie she’s about 5”3 140lbs size 32C and a medium fits her well too!. Get it gurlllll❤️

Nice, but really wish they had wider sturdier bands. Rolls up and can be uncomfortable. Bra itself is pretty awesome. Comfortable Except for band, but cant size up cuz it would not support girls as well. Pads stay in place. Size was spot on

They have removable pads, but the pads are not thin and flimsy and they definitely stay in place. That is a big plus for me! You won't be disappointed! I’m a non-bra wearer around the house. Due to the “girls” being heavy and saggy(44DD) it was beginning to be uncomfortable. Needed something for at home. This bra fits great. These bras are very comfortable but there is not enough support. I bought these to work out in and there’s no way I could run or jump without my tatas flopping all over the place. I am a D. These would be good to wear around the house and sleeping in but that’s it.
