What I was looking for was a fitness tracker, (step counter, pulse tracker, maybe blood pressure monitor), but I did not want to spend $50 or more. I have 2 regular watches that work fine. After many days searching and contemplating what I wanted to do, I found this one. I have never heard of this company before, I was a little sceptical. It works fine, although I'm questioning it's accuracy. First I had the watch on and my iphone was on my belt with pedometer app. before I got out of my truck, I wrote down the number of steps, each had counted. I decided to walk around the mall. I walked two laps around the two floors (4 laps), then back to my truck. The watch had 500 more steps than the pedometer on my phone. The pulse meter seems to be quite accurate. Only a couple of beats difference between my blood pressure cuff and the watch. The sleep tracking is what I am having trouble believing. The times it says I feel asleep and woke up seems later than when I feel I fell asleep and woke up. I am not really concerned with the sleep tracker. The battery life is not bad. So far, I have charged it after 4 days, because I was afraid it would run put of battery while I was at work. I am no trilled with the fact it comes on when I raise my arm, even though I am not looking to see what time it is. If I raise my arm for any reason, the watch "wakes up". It stays on for a couple of seconds, but, over the course of the day (and night while I sleep) I'm guessing would tend to wear down the battery. The Bluetooth range seems very short. I work in retail sales, my phone stays in my locker in the back room. I do not get any notifications on the watch of phone calls or text messages while I am on the sales floor. I have the alarm off, but, if I am with in range the watch does vibrate when I get a text message or phone call. You can set the alarm for wake up and bed time. I got the dark teal/green one. I enjoy the watch so far. I've been using it for about a month. The battery lasts really long if you don't get any alerts like texts sent to the watch, at least a week. The battery lasts maybe 4 or 5 days for me depending on the usage. It is the same size as an iwatch and is very lightweight and flexible. I find it very comfortable for wearing daily. I am not always a fan of sleeping with it on but that's personal preference. I enjoy the 3 levels of brightness of the display. The touch screen is a bit slow but not bad at all. I really appreciate the DND feature and the wrist sense off feature for sleeping. For the price, it is a nice watch. The app is decent too. ... show more

I can confidently tell you that you are getting a great quality item for the price. do you watch includes timer stopwatch and multiple exercise tracker such as running weightlifting and yoga to name a few. My watch stopped working about a week ago and I contacted the support team to see if they would be able to fix the watch. Andy replied that night asking for a few details about the order and what was not working on the watch. Once I sent him a video of the screen not lighting up and my address, he reached out to his factory and engineering teams and sent me a new watch. I received the watch a few days after he sent it out. In less than a week, I was able to speak with someone about the issue, he quickly rectified the situation, and I received a replacement watch. Andy’s customer service was excellent! I was impressed by his ability to quickly address the issue, escalate to his appropriate teams, and send out a replacement. I have already recommended my mother get one of these watches as they truly stick by their product, brand, and have wonderful customer service! Thank you Andy for your help!! ... show more

I love the watch. I love that it tracks my steps my calories and my workouts. The sleep tracker seems to be accurate as I do (vaguely) recall the times I wake up during the night and the amount of hours I sleep - the deep sleep counter is a sweet feature. While working, the phone call notification is great - vibrating to ensure that I don't miss a work call. The do not disturb feature is also awesome as I can rest assured I won't be bothered. I had my first watch crap out on me, it seemed to not be as waterproof as claimed as it stopped working after a short bath and shower one night - having just a black screen that didn't respond to the charger. But I e-mailed fitpolo about it and they sent out a new one. I've brought this one in all the showers with me and it seems just fine but I will be taking it off for the bath in the future. ... show more

This is actually my second one of these. Lost my first one after several months and bought another. It’s easy to use and looks cool. Highlights: Charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time! I mean DAYS! It is easy to use and syncs with the app well. User friendly for sure Cons: My biggest con is that it detects steps based on arm swing. I’m not sure if all fitness trackers are like that but I imagine the more expensive ones have an algorithm based more on heart rate than arm motion?? This is important to me because I can walk a mile while pushing a stroller, but since My arm isn’t swinging, none of those steps are counting. The lighter color bands can also get dirty with the sweat. I would choose the teal or black to keep it looking nice. Altogether good value tho. ... show more
