I am a devout Birk girl. Always have been, always will be. But recently I needed some comfy shoes and gave these a go. They fit exactly as expected. They are comfy and I have worn them almost daily for 60 ish days with no signs of wear and tear. They have a decent weight without being so heavy they give you shin splints. I’ve also worn them in the rain and there is no color bleeding or water spotting as some leathers do. There also wasn’t that unpleasant new shoe smell. They are leather and smell like leather. I bought the same pair in 2 other colors and for the price I will absolutely continue to wear them until they fall off my feet.

I was so excited to get these and when they finally came I was so disappointed. I went on a weekend getaway with my husband and these were the only sandles I took. I never had imagined how uncomfortable they would actually be!! They were like walking on wooden planks all day. When we got back to our hotel I examined my feet and seen that the sandel had rubbed a huge blister on both of my arches! I had to send my husband out to the store to get Bandages. I never would have thought this would happen... but the material on the sole of the shoe is so rough that it just rubbed my arches like crazy. I was so disappointed and it messed up our whole weekend because I couldn't walk comfortably. I gave my feet a few weeks to heal and thought I'd give them another try... thinking I may have worn the fabric down a little... nope it started to rub blisters on my feet again in the same spot. I've never had a problem with shoes like this... I've worn these type ( not this brand) of shoes since the 90's. Needless to say I tossed them out and bought a pair of my trusty Birks. So buyer beware. Just invest the money in a pair of the tried and true classic Birks.

I've had these sandals for over a year now and I've decided that it's time to get new ones. I've gotten so much compilantes from these of how much they look like berks and when I tell them they aren't they are shocked. I think they are so so so cute and if you want a shoe that looks like berks that these are the shoes to go. Although.... after having these for only ONE yeah, the leather has started to chip away. Which is not very long to have a product so that is why i'm getting new ones.

I bought the shoes for the summer and they are good, the fit is good, they are comfortable, and the quality seemed good until one of the clips on the strap broke after having them for 2 months. I am highly disappointed given they hadn’t been worn very much.
