Nicer then I expected considering it's price point. My wife had her blood pressure checked at the doctors office while wearing it and it was accurate within 2-3 points. Most of the bio-metric features seem fairly accurate (although the step counter might be ambiguous). The device has other non bio-metric features but since she doesn't use those features I couldn't tell you how useful they are. I really wanted to own a Canyon Cooler. I ordered one and shipping was prompt. When I opened up the package something didn't look right. The lid appeared to be warped, the front lip was not straight (making a good seal difficult), and the lid was off center about a 1/4". Needless to say, I'm not impressed with the quality of the cooler that has a $350 price tag. Following the instructions on the manual, I contact Canyon on Friday 12/1. Their warranty department asks me to email pictures, which I do within 20 minutes of speaking on the phone. I never get any reply; nothing. I'm getting a little nervous that I'm going to be stuck with a sub-par product. So, on Sunday, 12/3, I initiate a return through Amazon for no other reason that to see how much shipping I was going to have to pay to return the cooler. After, failing to get any information, I cancel the return (or so I thought and I have the messages with amazon). Monday, 12/3, I email Canyon again and get a prompt response. This is the response I got: "It is not the normal fit or finish of our product but once the return is requested, your intentions are in black and white. We didn’t get a chance to help before the return was requested. Our products have a high level of fit and finish equal to or better than our competitors and our warranty is better than anyone in the business. We never got a chance to make it right with you before you requested the return. Please follow amazons rules and communicate with us through the amazon marketplace." I emailed them pictures directly within 20 minutes of talking to them on the phone and got nothing but crickets until I emailed them three days later. My intentions are black and white?! Yes, I want a good cooler. I did communicate through Amazon in that I wanted to cancel the return and deal with this as a warranty issue (per Canyon's manual). What else did they want me to do? I didn't see in there manual that said the warranty is void if you initiate and then cancel a return. I tried to explain that I tried to cancel the return. I even went further with Amazon to cancel the return and Amazon contacted Canyon to try to cancel the return. Canyon had the choice to simply cancel the return authorization on their end and deal with my cooler as a warranty issue (as outlined in the manual). Finally, Canyon wouldn't respond further and returned the cooler. In summary, my experience with Canyon Coolers is a poor product supported by even more poor customer service. ... show more

I need vital sign tracker for exercise and and occasion. I just got COVID-19 (mild). First impression it meets my expectation well. Small and light, low profile and simple. I no longer have habit to wear watch... Not too nasty to wear during sleeping. Accuracy, I checked with my professional level thermometer, oximeter and pulse meter, blood pressure kit at home. Heart beat and oximeter are accurate. Temperature is accurate after wearing for sometime! Blood pressure is not accurate but provided a good pattern as reference. Hey, most devices don’t have blood pressure, what I can expect for this price? Not sure about sleep tracking though Battery so far so good. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item on Nov 18 and wore it as recommended: All day to track my steps, heart rate and blood pressure. And at night to track my sleep patterns. These attributes were great and helpful in keeping track of my generally active lifestyle and health numbers. Not to mention the small design is perfect for my wrist size and was very easy to operate. Within week 1 of wearing it, I noticed a small curved crack (notice the shape in the photo). After 2 weeks I noticed a second curved crack that expanded. Today is Dec 5, not even a full 3 weeks after purchasing, the cracks completely separated leaving the watch useless. For better context I have a moderately active lifestyle. My work keeps me from sitting still during the day. At night I am a solid sleeper-hardly moving in my sleep. I have no way of knowing what caused the cracks to appear. Also wanted to note, when it finally broke (as seen in the picture) I was sitting down at the time paying no attention to my wrist. Overall, I loved it while it lasted but this watch is too fragile for me. ... show more
