Doesn't ring for your phone after awhile. Plus once I took the band off it was a totally different type of Fitbit band to replace if you want. Couldn't put back on. Wasn't same one can't explain.

I was way overdue for an upgrade to level up my weight loss regime, on top of purchasing more home gym machines (bit of an addict :/ ). I used to have a Flex2. This versa was not hard to learn and I love how it can do so much. Weather, daily stats, heart rate, and exercise app all from the watch. Tons of exercises are available but unfortunately for me rowing is not one of them. BOO…please fix Fitbit!!! Battery lasts all week and syncs to my app with no problems. Haven’t used pay feature or Spotify. I synced mine to Alexa, wish I could have my Amazon music app and not Spotify. Overall good watch but I am bias as I am a past Fitbit user. Haven’t used any other kind of fitness watch so I have nothing to compare it to. As an apple iPhone user be aware you cannot reply to your texts that come across your versa. Didn’t know that ahead of time so I am a bit disappointed. That and no rowing under the exercise app are the only reasons I rated this a 4 star. Otherwise I would recommend this watch. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My Versa 3 was at 32% battery life when I received it. I plugged it in for the recommended 1 to 2 hours. The first hour I had no charge still so I switched USB ports and let it charge for another hour and the battery life continued to go down. The charging icon doesn't show up. The charging adapter is magnetic and only allows you to attach it to the device one way so it is definitely connected properly. I am very disappointed, I have had the Inspire 2 for years but its a simple model and the display is difficult to see when outside in the sun. I debated on getting the updated Inspire 3 because they improved that feature but I decided on the Versa 3 because of the smart watch features. I have read reviews with others not being able to charge the Versa 3 having success with aftermarket chargers so I purchased one and will update the review once I receive it. But for now all I can say is it looks like it will be nice but I have it shut off to preserve the battery and havnt used it yet. **Update I got my aftermarket charger from Amazon and it charged in less than an hour. At 1pm yesterday it had full battery life and today at 7:45am its at 81%. I use it to track my sleep, log workouts, count calories, and log food so far everything is working very well. Had one if these that finally wore out after years of use. Replaced with a Samsung Watch. Was a great smart watch but sucked at fitness tracking. I ended up returning and buying a new Fitbit. DEAD and NO warranty! I purchased this 11 months ago to replace a Samsung Galaxy S3 watch that is still working just fine after 3 years of use. My only complaint about the Samsung is that it is large (a man's watch), so I handed it off to my husband. I wanted something smaller, so I decided on the Fitbit Versa 3. After 11 months this watch is as dead as a doornail and there is NO way to revive it. I wasn't thrilled with its functionality anyway. Fitbit stripped a lot of the watch's features shortly after I made the purchase. The speaker on the watch is so poor you can barely hear if you receive a call. The Samsung automatically recognized when I was exercising, but not the Fitbit. I had to manually start and stop it. The real kick in the pants was learning that, even though the watch should still be under warranty, Fitbit informed me that the seller wasn't an authorized reseller. So, BUYER BEWARE! Just because you purchase something on Amazon, it doesn't mean you get the manufacturer's warranty. I paid full price, so I didn't pay attention. It isn't as though it was a cheap gray market item. I guess I should have known this from the tiny fine print. And don't expect any assistance from Fitbit for selling a horrible product. Check out online comments from people who are trying to get their Fitbits to work again. Many are like mine, just stone-cold dead. I am a pretty careful user and the watch is still like new. I simply misplaced the watch for 3 days and it lost its charge during that time. Now it won't recharge. The problem isn't the charger; it isn't the outlet; it is the lousy watch.
